Liked You can see a genuine effort to be 100% customer focussed. I made a point in my last review about the state of the toilets and suggested that toilet brushes would help those responsible visitors clean up. I noticed the provision of toilet brushes which was a marked improvement. However the Site staff can’t change the bad behaviour of some visitors sadly and I often found the toilets in a disgusting state. I never left them like that and made sure the loo was fit for the next person to use unlike the state I often found them in. Well done CBLP. Great effort and ground staff do a great job.

Disliked Messy visitors but that’s not possible to legislate for unfortunately.

Liked The middle hedged pitches are great. All serviced and accessible. The toilet block has been getting a face lift which is great. The staff were very helpful too and sorted a couple of problems we had.

Liked Fully serviced pitches were good. Restaurant was good.

Disliked Slightly disappointed with the toilet block. I felt there should be items within each toilet to allow folks to clean after them. There were no toilet brushes for instance. Also one of the chemical toilet emptying places was blocked. Having said that this may be down to irresponsible visitors rather than site maintenance.
