Liked The site and hosts were fiery accommodate and responsive with communication and especially when our journey to the site didn’t go as planned and we were running late. The site is pretty and rural, with a good hard standing sized pitch. Was only there for the night and didn’t get set up so unable to comment on other aspects of the site.

Disliked Toilet block didn’t have soap dispensers and the lights are on a short timer for the whole toilet/shower block and this resulted in me being in the shower and the lights going off with no way of turning back on…resulting in me being in there in the dark!!! Only way to turn back on to go out of the shower and find a switch!!

From the manager: Hello, thank you for your feedback. We always do our best to help our guests and provide the best possible facilities and service. We do not provide soap because, unfortunately, it tends to get taken. Managing the toilet paper is already quite a challenge! We are a small 2-star campsite and try to keep our prices very reasonable. I will look into adjusting the light timer or finding another solution so that the lights do not go out while guests are using the showers. We hope to welcome you again in the future.
