Liked Nothing!

Disliked Had planned to stay for the weekend. The owner took out money , but we soon discovered after the arrival of police , that the site had travellers in some pitches. Whilst this is not the fault of the owner, we felt we should have been advised of the situation before taking our money. We asked for a refund , after deciding to leave early as could not relax . Originally the owner suggested he would consider a refund as he was involved with a court order to remove the travellers. He abruptly advised they had left without further correspondence or a refund VERY DISSATISFIED with the owners handling of the situation in relation to customer satisfaction
