Struggled to get seats at entertainment hall

Easy check-in and pitch was a good-size

One of the furthest pitches but still only a 5 minute walk to the central zone with bars and pool

Entertainers were great and the arcade was fairly priced

The big playground was good and our special requests were all met (close to play area and toilets, not on busy road) and the pool was great and nice and warm.

Toilet blocks were clean but dated.

Woke up one morning to find dog poo in the play area, appreciate it's a dog friendly site but scooping up poo does take the shine off the holiday feeling, especially when you don't have a dog.

Play area was also surrounded by metal fence railings sat on a mound of dirt, in high-winds one of these blew down and hit my child, he was lucky he saw it coming and was able to brace as it coule have knocked him out cold, reported to security and they just put it back up ready to blow down again so we avoided the park afterwards.

Shop was missing basics like after sun or moisturiser and nappy cream.

Pool booking system, not enough bookings for stay.

Soft play was dated and smelled terrible.

Very strict rules everywhere, pool was closed over a bit of rain, the bouncers and pool staff were like teachers in a primary school with rules, very bizarre given their lax approach to safety with the railings around the park...

Quite expensive per night if you aren't able to access the pool which is the main attraction, especially for kids

Everything, the site is amazing and I couldn’t fault anything, it was a fab holiday so much so that we extended our stay for another night once we were there.

Pool size is decent

Pitch was just pure mud.
You have to book to go to the pool which was not advertised before booking . Guaranteed two bookings but there was no availability so had to queue for upto 40 mins to maybe get in .
Dogs to be out of all pool side bar at 6 even though the pool shuts at 7
Poor WiFi and zero signal
Shops shelves were empty for the whole 5 days we were there

Never again

Lovely bright and colourful site. Lots to do for all the family. Our young children had the most amazing time. The staff are all cheerful and super helpful. The entertainment was great fun, with a busy atmosphere but nothing overwhelming. The on site shop stocked plenty of items. The pool was warm and super clean. A short drive and you had some of the best beaches that Cornwall had to offer. Newquay town is only a ten minute drive away. We are already planning our trip back next year.

Even though the bathrooms had great warm showers, the shower blocks could have been cleaner and a bit of modernising would be great. Felt a bit dated for what was a well kept site.

Geweldige mooie camping met prachtige voorzieningen en staanplaatsen. Genoeg te doende zien op de camping en in de omgeving.

Campsite was very well laid out, amenities were excellent, staff were very helpful. In general the campsite was vey well organised.
Evening entertainment was great for both young and old alike.

The park was amazing for the children i had 2 x 10 year olds and a 8 year old so much for them todo! From the arcade to the summer hut and club house. They where never bored with mini golf and lots of activities to do. The kods didnt get to go into the pool due to fact i needed another adult to take 3 children under 14 in but thats fair enough. Lots of space on the pitches and bathrooms were clean and tidy always someone in there cleaning. Lots of space and close to beaches and supermarket

I wasn't a fan of the stones buried under the pitch it made pitching a tent a little harder this could have just been my end row pitch i cant speak for any of the other pitches. Also the push button showers were a pain to wash your hair (female thick hair! ) but understand why they have them
