Uneven pitches, dipped and held water when rained.
Pitched as close to amenities, which was very close to the entertainment block but not to the toilets, which we thought we were asking to be close to as had a toilet training toddler with us.
Not campsite related but just to note Public transport from the site very hit and miss.

Holiday park very nice. Children was excited. Swimming pool , soft play, bars and more more. Beautiful nature.

Nicely laid out site, well maintained gardens, excellent swimming and sunbathing pool area, good entertainment, friendly staff, good play areas for children.

Toilet/ shower block (ash area toilet block 3) toilets and sink areas were kept clean but shower cubicles were absolutely disgusting. I complained about the unhygienic state of the showers to the manager 5 days before I left, but nothing was done, they were still thick with scum and god knows what else in all the corners and around the edges, you had to shower in flip flops and try not to touch anything, I feel this is totally unacceptable for the price I payed I did not expect this. Several of the door locks were also not locking properly.

The men’s toilets in the club house were also filthy, with the floors soaked in urine on several occasions which was then walked back into the entertainment/restaurant area, again this is unacceptable.

Also if you chose to eat in the restaurant they were constantly running out of various foods.

It was my grandson’s birthday whilst we were away (they were on a separate booking, we all went at the same time) he wanted pancakes for his birthday breakfast, but they had ran out , again not good enough.

We really enjoyed this holiday camp, it had so much to do as a family including arcades, parks, a pool, crazy golf, bouncy castles and crafts.

The toilets and showers were kept very clean and there were always 2 cleaners in there.

The pitch itself was great and was near the park so we could keep an eye on the kids.

The evening entertainment was great too, the kids loved seeing the monkey and the enjoyed the disco every night.

The food in the restaurant near the pool is shocking. We had tapas and also a breakfast. The eggs were uncooked, the toast was not toasted. No white bread or hash browns as they had ran out but they didnt inform many customers of this when ordering.

The pizzeria and chip shop is really nice though.

Overall the park was great. The crazy golf was one of the best we have ever played. The childrens play areas were good, even better that they had lights at night. The childrens entertainers were really good. The kids loved the evening entertainment. Facilities were clean and pitch was nice. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Only 2 guaranteed swim sessions per stay. You can queue for walk in sessions, which you do get in to usually but we were expecting to be able to chill by the pool for the day, like you do abroad. The fish and chips shop need more staff. There was only one cook and one serving/taking orders. I felt sorry for the girl serving, as the pressure was getting to her, which is understandable.

Children’s entertainment and the entertainers were amazing. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

How cramped the pitches were together,Washing up area was dirty as people carnt clean up after themselves and the shop wasn’t well stocked

Facilities was always clean, good grounds and close to Newquay. Great stay
