All our facilities remain open in September, however the opening hours for some of our facilities may be decreased due to it being the end of our peak season, meaning we're less busy and are operating with a reduced staff.
We're sorry to hear you weren't happy with the provided TV. We encourage guests to report any issues to reception during your stay and we will try our best to resolve them for you. Due to our large site, the Wi-Fi connection may be weaker in some areas of the park. This feedback has been passed along to our IT team, who are looking at solutions for providing more reliable internet connectivity throughout the site.

The actual pitch that we had was a mud bath! We arrived in brilliant sunshine, to a muddy pitch with tire marks and holes, by the end of the week as we ended up having a lot of rain. It was even worse when we left so i hope that they did some maintenance to the pitch before the next people arrived as i wouldn't have said that wading through mud was a "comfort" pitch.

Comfort pitches are listed as 'close to facilities' and located in our Palm and Bonsai fields, for easier access to the Central Village, these pitches are subject to extra noise.
With the weather Cornwall has experienced in the recent months, full grass pitches can often become muddier when we experience a lot of rain, with barely any dry weather between downpours, to give the grass pitches a chance to dry out. The Reception team are always happy to offer guests alternative pitches if they aren't suitable.
The Palm Bay team work hard to ensure all guests have the chance to use our popular outdoor swimming pool. Guests are offered two bookable swimming slots to use during their stay, the pool can then be used outside of these booked slots, this does depend on availability. The Palm Bay team have to ensure all guests are safe during their time at the pool, introducing pool slots allows them to monitor the number of guests in the pool at one time. This may seem 'restricting' however, the safety of our guests is incredibly important.
