It was an amazing place to stay especially for families. Everything was geared towards it. The staff were so helpful and very friendly. I was on crutches at the time and had help with my shopping and bringing drinks to the table. The shop is well stocked with normal prices unlike many other parks that inflate their prices. The washing facilities were lovely with good showers. They were cleaned regularly. There were lots of activities to do on site for all ages. We loved the pool. It was big and had different areas for all ages. We enjoyed the seats with the water jets. There is a big pirate ship in the middle which you can go on to and shoot jets of water. There was plenty of sun beds around the pool as well. There was a small Astro football pitch which was popular and lots of other activities to do. The evening entertainment was great. The under covered area for the family fun of games and dancing for the younger ones was decorated really well and was lots of fun. There was a fish and chip bar here which cooked a variety of food which was tasty. There was also a lovely pizza place which were amazing. The prices were very reasonable and cheaper than other parks we have stayed at. There was a club where the entertainment was more for the older ones. It had a lovely big outside area where you could eat and drink looking over the pool. There was an arcade to spend your pennies. We loved the location of the park as well as it was only a short drive to the beaches and you could go to a different one everyday. Each one offered a different feel from long beaches to smaller coves. I cannot rate this park more highly. Everything you could want with a personal touch from all the lovely staff. Taking my young nephews there next year. They are already excited!

Left early as weather was terrible overpriced pitch bins filled up rubbish everywhere and 100 of wasps showers and toilets were dirty and poo up the rim and front of loos the worse ones by the shops overpriced food and drinks £6 for cheesy chips! Entertainment in clubhouse was crap just loud and shouty never any tables to sit with family I wouldn’t come back if you paid me and no wi fi waste of £550 also dog shit everywhere

Toilets/showers are very clean with friendly staff.
Lovely outside entertainment area where dogs are allowed.
Swimming pool was a good temperature and clean.

Swimming pool session that we had booked was cancelled, which upset the family.
Ground where we pitched our tent was lumpy, rocky and had an ants nest by us.
No internet signal.
Showers were cold at points of the day.
Needs more access for dogs.

The facilities were amazing. The cleaners were superb and the grounds team kept everything tidy.

Close enough to all the landmarks and beaches. If you don’t have a car it would be difficult to reach these places.

The noise from the night time entertainment was too loud and the people were far too drunk, the toilets were covered in shit and sick on numerous occasions. As I said the cleaners were excellent at cleaning all the mess up.

Wi-Fi service was terrible.

Bit on the pricey side but Lovely clean campsite and catered well for children, swimming pool was great. Most people that was camping was considerate and staff were friendly. Would stay again.

Club house food took up to an hour to be served and when received was cold and on one occasion what was ordered was rock hard and burnt but did replace it. WiFi limited.

Having been excited to come and experience your park, I can guarantee that I would never return! From start to finish was awful and for the first time ever could not wait to leave to come home!
Staff - Rude un helpful and looked like they did not want to be there. Some were driving round the site with not a care in the world and I saw numerous occasions them nearly running over children playing.

Showers and toilets - Absolutely disgusting! I have stayed at many sites and these were by far the worst! There were broken units no hooks or trays, filthy floors, toilets were dreadfull and smelly and obviously not looked after. I went in at one occasion and looked to see on the staff sheet when they had been checked, it stated 1 minute before I came in.. clearly a staff member had just walked past and signed it without checking as they were disgusting every cubical was disgusting so clearly hadn't been checked!

Pitches - probably the worst pitch I have stayed on. Felt like we were just dunped on a festival field and hard standing was just a few stones chucked down! When we walked around the site it just looked worse and worse and was cramped and full of rubbish!! We also noticed Rats running around everywhere !

Security- These guys literally thought they were the police.. they were infact absolute dregs of society speeding around the site with not a care in the world for pedestrians, were very hard to speak to as they were cocky and had no idea how to speak to people never mind deal with situations, on a few occasions they were seen to be antagonising situations rather than calming them down!

Location- no where near Newquay Town centre and they either had a signal blocker or the park was the only place in Newquay where you couldn't get signal on your mobile to speak with friends or family who were there with you to arrange to meet up.

Arcade - awful!! You are required to pay for a little pot to collect your coins.. absolutley absurd also the staff in there were actively seen opening machines and pushing back the toys so they couldn't be won or rearranging the grab machines to make it impossible, disgusting behaviour!

Clients- Majority were awful ferrell families who could be heard arguing, shouting and swearing at their children and were not your usual clientele of a caravan and camping site.. walking around spitting in the floor and causing nothing but issues throughout the night!

All in all I would never return to this over priced, disgusting park. There are so many floors and it felt like it was a park to squeeze every bit of money out of you that they possibly could! Without a care in the world for their customers! I would not recommend this place to anyone! I honestly cpuld go on and on in much more detail about how unsatisfactory this park is!

The big park play area was awesome the boys loved to go play and would spend hours there.
The swimming pool was great and. Or overly crowded so very well controlled.
The performances were amazing especially tribute to Beyoncé. Activity’s dancing and singing with kids all great.

Nothing really it was chilled

The entertainment was brilliant, with great acts, definitely entertained the kids. The pool was heated. Free soft play and a little sand area. The shop was well stocked and served nice coffee and pastries/pasties.
Toilets and showers were very clean and not overly busy most of the time. Laundry services throughout. Pizza and chippy at the entertainment area, nice after a few drinks.
Close to a lot of good attractions for families. You could also catch a bus to the beach nearby- we didnt use this service ourselves but good to know.
Park and arcade there too.

A bit too loud too late on- not much can be done about other people's children I know but was difficult to fall asleep. Non swimmers not allowed in deep end which made it quite cold despite being heated when stuck in the small kids area of the pool- I appreciate why but frustrating nontheless. Booking fairly essential for the pool- meaning took a while to get everyone in so a loss of time spent in the pool. The entertainment was very loud when sat in the area, unable to hold any kind of conversation. We ended up leaving a little earlier as 10am was a bit too early for us to pack up our tent and belongings with 2 young children in tow.
We were quite near a road with a lot of traffic and no footpath, a bit frustrating with small children.

Great facilities on site, the location is fantastic as you are close to beautiful beaches and shops, the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the evening entertainment was great. Overall it was excellent value for money for the actual trip.

The only real gripes we had were not major but, the evening entertainment aimed at the children was in an outside bar and the weather was quite cold. There are tables with heat lamps above but these are sparse and were taken up very early in the evening. The food and drink were slightly pricey and the prize bingo was an extra cost too.
The WiFi was really poor and you had to pay extra for a decent level of WiFi - even that wasn't good.
