Our swimming pool does have a booking system in place during busy periods, this is so that all guests have a chance to use the pool during their stay. After this you are welcome to use the walk-in queue where you aren't guaranteed entry but it is highly likely there will be space.

Regarding the out of order hand dryers and overflowing bins, we encourage customers to report these types of issues to reception so they can be dealt with by our maintenance and grounds teams.
We don't offer a paid Wi-Fi, it is free all across the park. The signal can be temperamental due to the rural location of the site. This is something our IT team are looking to improve to ensure we have more reliable connectivity in the future.
