Pitches were generous and clean. Facilities were clean and organised. The pool was heated which was a nice surprise and easy to book. The supermarket was stocked as well as able and prices were reasonable. The main park was great for under tens. The golf course was clean and well thought out for maximum enjoyment. Navigating around the site was easy, with a good layout. Toilets and showers were clean. Reception was quick, efficient and helpful. Booking activities was easy.

The in and out barrier system was a little disorganised and slow which created traffic and confusion. The toilet blocks only had three toilets and two showers which for a large site created queues. The showers are on an angle so will soak absolutely everything you take so be aware. The washing up facilities were poor. The summer nights bar was rather small to hold kids entertainment but the staff did their best with what they had. The pool rules were a little strict but this didn’t affect us as we didn’t take inflatables. Again pool changing and showering facilities were not plentiful. The main play park was great but only really for under tens. There wasn’t much activity for older children / teens. The bookable extra activities were way over priced and entertainment was exactly the same daily. Drinks were way over priced. Food was way over priced for the portions. The beach bar I did expect better. The menus were limited and the atmosphere was loud and rough for a ‘restaurant’. The shop was stocked well for dinners and sweets however not much option when it came to lunch’s. Lights very bright and on all night (which affected us as we were on a pitch next to a cut through path). Electricity took some persuasion to get going. Check in was far too late in comparison to check out. WiFi absolutely non existent unless stood straight outside the shop. The arcade was large but the prizes were some of the worst I’ve seen so we decided not to use this facilities. Overall nice three day break however we spent a lot of time off site. The site is not evolved enough for longer stays

Like the place and location , shop inside compound , quite pricy but good to have a shop.

This place is for very young kids , not so much for teenagers .

Some shop staffs are very quick , but there are some young shopkeeper young boy are so slow , I don’t know if they have any disabilities of it’s just their way they work.
Wi-Fi so weak , spending all my time mobile devices buffering .

Large pitches with good amenities, the site is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Kids enjoyed what the site had to offer, large play area and a heated pool The entertaining staff are very engaging with everyone, I would recommend the site to all.

Greg’s facility’s and evening entertainment. Pool was very nice and warm and fun for children. Good supermarket not as expensive as I was expecting. Fish and chips was lovely and surprisingly average cost for fish and chips these days. Play areas where in good condition and light up in the evening to enable safe play.

Booking system fit the swimming pool( although we did get in every time we tried, but could only book one slot, this wouldn’t deter me from going again

The pool was amazing, heated and had something for everyone.

The pitch size was brilliant and clean new toilet block with hot showers.

Accommodated us to be with our friends. (Although we did have to ask several times but was finally sorted)

The price of the additional activities is as ridiculous! Mini golf per family was £20 each plus a cash deposit on the clubs. The bouncy castle was £7 for 10min.

Staff in the cafe were not friendly and miserable.

It was huge. There were so many pitches, lots of things to do, they had lots of activities for kids during the day. We went to the arcade every day, i LOVED the swimming pool. There was golf, we did bingo one night as well. It wasn’t too far from beaches or Newquay either only a 15 minute drive. We only went to the restaurant once for breakfast and it could’ve been better but it wasn’t the worst. The supermarket was great, and they had a laundrette right next to it. Supermarket had a great selection of food as well as toys, camping equipment, drinks, snacks and health and beauty stuff. The reception was helpful. The toilet blocks were okay, there was lots of toilets and showers. The showers were good as it had two doors for privacy, there was the changing bit to put ur clothes then another door for the shower. Of course it’s not going to be amazing as it’s camping but it was okay, the shower was quite hot which was good but when i was burnt and there wasn’t a setting to change it to cold it was painful. Also, you had to hold it down for the water to come out so it kept stopping which was annoying. They could’ve been cleaner but i understand it can get dirty easily. I would definitely come back here in the future especially when i have children as there’s so much fun stuff for them to do at such good prices. Defo recommend.

When we tried to put up the tent the ground was extremely rock solid so it was really hard for us. I don’t know if this is like a manageable thing or not so I understand if there’s not much you can do about it. Also, walking around there’s always a car behind you so i think it would be great if they could try and make a path separate for us to walk on. Prices were decent, but the golf was a rip off tbf you had to pay a deposit as well as for the actual golf, and the washing machine was £5 and you had to buy your own detergent. The wifi was a bit dodgy here and there. But overall such a great place, only minor things to pick up on. Extremely great stay!

The site was spotlessly clean. Facilities are amazing. Everything which you could possibly need from a campsite and more.
Entertainment was fun for the children.
Staff were all friendly and approachable.

Evening entertainment for adults began late if you had children. Would have been nice to have enjoyed a drink and listened to a singer or karaoke at about 7:30pm.

The swimming pool is the best part of the park, although they have very strick rules.
Fish and chips are good 👍🏻

The toilet/shower block was awful, dated and dirty.
The washing up area was always dirty.
The pitch we had was shocking for a premium pitch. We complained on arrival but only got an apology no offer to replace the ripped foot ripped for the tent from pegs left sticking up, along with a metal bar that would have injured someone. Oh and also standing in dog poo while pitching up.
The noise at night was horrendous, we never had a night that we wasnt disbursed. From 1am in the morning right through till 4am. Arguing, shouting, screaming, security men chasing people around. Considering they have a rule of no noise or cars at night, it was awful.
The shop isn't stocked very well and the staff aren't very friendly.
Crazy golf is good, however it comes at a high price.
Plus you have to pay £10 cash deposit when everything else on the park is card only and the cash machine was out of order our entire stay.
Pizzas aren't worth the money. Very hard base. Pizza are advertised at a 9inch price but we ate there twice and each time they had no 9inch babies so had to pay for a 12inch.

The screaming & shouting around the site until midnight almost every night of our stay. Would have been easily sorted with security patrolling
