My family and I had a wonderful time on our first adventure camping. The staff with very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t find fault with anything on the site as it’s pretty well run and very inclusive to all. We would certainly be back next year as this is our new annual adventure. Thank you for accommodating us.

The entertainment is excellent for kids in the evening. We visited last year and again this year and they loved it just as much.
We stayed in Campervan with awning in bonsai and were not disturbed by noise late at night.
The area was kept clean and the toilets were always clean. The showers when used off peak were very hot but can’t complain about that, rather it too hot then freezing cold.

The only negative is the WiFi. We didn’t pay to have it but the signal around the site is not good at all so if you do want to use WiFi you will have to pay for it

Localizacion perfecta. Hay muchas cosas para hacer con los peques y las mejores playas de Cornwall super cerca. Las instalaciones siempre estan limpias y los precios de las tiendas no son desorbitados. Perfecto para familias.

Unable to have a friend as a visitor to the pitch for a bbq.

We recently stayed at the Monkey Tree Caravan and Camping Park in Cornwall, and overall, we had a fantastic holiday experience. The site is exceptionally clean, with the campgrounds and toilet facilities being spotless throughout our stay. This level of cleanliness is something we greatly appreciated, as it really enhanced our comfort and enjoyment during our visit.

One of the standout features was the excellent range of amenities available on-site. The pool was a big hit with our family, providing a great way to relax and cool off during the warm days. The bar and arcade also offered a perfect balance of fun and relaxation, catering well to both adults and children alike.

The staff at Monkey Tree were very responsive and friendly, making our stay even more pleasant. We had an incident where seagulls had spread litter around the camp near the toilet block, which was quite an eyesore. Unfortunately, when we called reception, it was closed. However, a quick call to security had them on the scene within minutes, and they promptly tidied up the entire area. Their swift response really impressed us and saved the day.

Despite small issues detailed below in "dislikes", we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Monkey Tree and would highly recommend it to others. The excellent facilities, combined with the well-maintained site and responsive staff, make it a great choice for anyone looking to explore Cornwall and enjoy a relaxed, family-friendly camping experience.

If there was one downside, it would be the location of our pitch. We were quite close to the toilet block, and one of the hand dryers inside was particularly noisy. From about 9-10pm in the evening, and then again from around 7am in the morning, there was a constant drone from the hand dryer as people used the facilities. While this didn’t ruin our holiday, it was a minor inconvenience that we noticed during the quieter parts of the day and night.
Additionally, The food is a bit basic, and not a great deal of healthy options.

Bathroom facilities, onsite shop, fish and chips. Plus the bus stop taking you into Newquay is right outside the site

Was the school holidays and a family park but lots of children screaming all hours of the day. Warned to be respectful and quiet policy after 9pm but children playing and noisy until nearly midnight sometimes longer. Signal onsite is shocking and need data to be able to purchase WiFi which couldn't as didn't have any data. Perhaps could go to reception but we didn't get back until after reception closed so just a bit annoying in the evenings when can't access anything. Would be good to be able to click on a link in avaliable networks and sends you to a site to purchase like they do in airports etc.

Friendly and busy staff members. Plenty to do on site although I feel the crazy gold should be included in the price. Pool was lovely and we were lucky with the weather !

Not to much to fault on the site. Although everything was cleaned continuously, I felt that the showers and toilets were not cleaned to top standards. There were plenty of life guards around the pool but didn't take action when my daughter screamed for help. I had to run from one side to l the other side to dive in and save her that was disappointing. Gor the future ill be sticking closer to the kids although they are 9,10,11 and are strong swimmers.

Amazing Camp Site, stayed for 4 nights and didn’t want to leave. So much to entertain all the family, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful.
Cleanliness was fantastic, and nice clean hot showers after a busy day..
Laying by the swimming pool on a lounger in the sunshine, and just like the website says - I had to remind myself I was still in the UK.
Will definitely be returning in the future.
Couldn’t ask for any more.

Only downside was the WiFi provided isn’t great when on the pitch, but works perfectly fine when in the main area, but having read this before we visited, we brought our own WiFi to use when at tent, so nothing that couldn’t be sorted if you plan ahead!

Love this place 2nd time we have been people are so nice here good park and area around beaches are so lovely
