Tyckte om Lovely clean site with great facilities. The food vans on Friday and Saturday were amazing! Good location for exploring North Wales.

Tyckte inte om Noise from the road was louder than I expected! I’d seen the reviews and thought it can’t be that bad. Not sure if it was louder because of the weather, but the first night I struggled to sleep.

We do appreciate your comments about the road noise. The A55 is something we’re always open about, and unfortunately it can be more noticeable when the weather is wet, as the sound from the road carries further on wet days. We’re sorry it disturbed your sleep during your first night with us.

We hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable and that the road noise didn’t spoil your time here too much.

Från föreståndaren: We’re sorry to hear that you were unable to stay with us due to your motorhome breaking down, and we do appreciate that unexpected things can happen.

Our booking terms and conditions are clearly available at the time of booking, including the terms relating to cancellations and amendments, and these are agreed to when a booking is made. We appreciate that other touring parks may have different terms and may have been able to offer a date transfer, but each site has its own booking conditions and policies.

As an independent park, we do need to adhere to our own terms and conditions fairly and consistently for all of our guests. We’re therefore unable to make exceptions or transfer bookings outside of the terms that were agreed at the time of booking.

We’re sorry that this was disappointing and hope your motorhome was soon back on the road.

Tyckte om The view, location (close to Prestatyn and Colwyn bay). Fantastic Indian restaurant close by, well laid out park didn't feel hemmed in. Helpful staff, clean and tidy park.

Tyckte om I think the site was lovely. We only did a couple of nights as we were doing a few stops around Wales. We would definitely use the site again.
