Tyckte om Lovely, spacious, well kept site with fabulous views. Perfectly situated for exploring north Wales coastline. The staff were very helpful and the facilities clean and well maintained. My partner loved the fact the showers weren't on timers... they treated us as responsible adults.

Tyckte inte om The fact we had to cut our stay short due to Ill health and hadn't taken insurance so couldn't get a refund or transfer. And the seasonal pitch we were interested in was 4K which put us off booking one.

We're very sorry to hear that ill health meant you had to cut your holiday short, and we hope you're both feeling much better now. We completely understand how disappointing that must have been. Unfortunately, our booking terms do not allow refunds or transfers once a stay has commenced. Our optional cancellation insurance is designed to provide cover for cancellations before your arrival date and does not extend to holidays that have already started.

We're also sorry to hear that the cost of a seasonal pitch put you off. We continually invest in the park and our facilities to provide a high-quality experience, and our seasonal pitches include a range of services and benefits. If you would ever like to discuss the options available or have any questions, we'd be more than happy to help.

Our location next to the beach and coastal path is something many guests enjoy, so we're glad you were able to make the most of it. We're sorry you missed the Saturday pizza van this time, but hopefully that gives you another reason to visit us again soon!

Tyckte inte om Close to road and a train line( main line) . Also laundry shuts at 4.30pm , good idea to put a lock on same as toilets, or a separate laundry room with a lock on it with more washing machines

Thank you also for your constructive feedback. As noted in our site information, we are located close to both a main road and the railway line, so some noise can be heard from parts of the park.

Regarding the laundry, it's available until 6:00pm from Thursday to Saturday, with slightly earlier closing on other days to allow for cleaning and maintenance. We appreciate your suggestions about access and additional washing machines, and we'll certainly take them into consideration as we continue to improve our facilities.

We hope to welcome you back again in the future.

We're sorry that noise from the A55 affected your stay. While the road is outside of our control. When availability allows, we're always happy to recommend or allocate pitches that are further from the road, just let us know when booking.

Tyckte om The staff were very friendly on arrival and the pitch was a really good size with grass that suited the dog. Facilities were clean and we had easy access to the beach less than 5 minutes away.

Slight design flaw with the motor home waste grid. It was on a hill and waste water trickled down the road from the grid.
