- L'accesso è vietato ai veicoli commerciali (ossia i veicoli usati per finalità lavorative, oppure per trasportare merci o passeggeri a pagamento) e ai veicoli recanti scritte o loghi a scopo pubblicitario.
- È richiesto un deposito rimborsabile in contanti di 10 £ per la chiave dei servizi igienici/docce per disabili. I pagamenti sono previsti solo con carta, ad eccezione del negozio, del bingo e della sala giochi. Tutte le razze di Bull Terrier e Mastiff (inclusi gli incroci) devono indossare la museruola all'interno del campeggio. Non sono ammessi veicoli commerciali o con insegne. È possibile usarli per trainare una roulotte fino alla piazzola, ma verrà chiesto di parcheggiare tali veicoli nel parcheggio principale per tutta la durata del soggiorno.

Parco vacanze molto apprezzato dalle famiglie per pulizia, ottimi servizi e tante attività per bambini. Ospiti lodano piazzole spaziose, staff cordiale e vivace intrattenimento. Piscina un punto forte. Alcuni segnalano problemi con Wi-Fi, rumore occasionale e prenotazioni piscina. Posizione comoda per spiagge e attrazioni.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely, clean pitches with hedges between which made it feel more private. Facilities were always very clean and working well. Plenty of toilets and showers in case some were in use. Showers are push to use, which I liked as we have had to pay for showers separately at other sites. The onsite shop is well stocked and reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Most recommended things for us to do and stopped to talk to us. We had a noisy neighbour (absolutely no fault of the site itself) and security came to deal with them when it was passed the noise curfew. Was in general a very quiet site. The security made us feel very safe, always present at the entrance at night. Barriers at the entrance to stop people from coming in. Close location to most places we wanted to visit, around 10 minutes to Newquay centre. The pool area was very clean. We would definitely visit again. We would like to come back in season to eat at the restaurant etc. We just used our mobile data so can’t comment on the WiFi. Is located just off a road and we were pitched near the front but was not bothered by any traffic sounds etc.
Non mi è piaciuto It is advertised as a heated pool but we had some very cold swims. Didn’t put us off using it again but just a note.
It was made very clear to us that onsite activities and services would be running at a lower capacity due to being off season. We had absolutely no problem with this, it was just that staff didn’t seem to be able to tell us when things were happening. Again, no problem with things being closed as we chose to come when it would be quieter, there just seemed to be some confusion amongst staff. We understood that the pool couldn’t be predicted due to weather, it’s just when we asked when other things were open, most staff said they were unsure.
The toilet block for our section was not open but there were no signs and no one told us on arrival. It didn’t affect our stay as the open toilets were actually closer. However, would have been nice for staff to tell us there was only one block open to avoid the confusion.

Mi è piaciuto The pitch was a amazing size and the staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming.
There is a park and a football court there for families with young children to do .
Non mi è piaciuto The golf course is closed for most of the day and seems very expensive if you want to play on it.
The chippy was not open, so we couldn't get any tea for our first night there.
Also, there wasn't any communication to say that you could have bought food at the venue, nor did we see any menu to see what was on offer. I think there should be a menu list and prices on the outside of the building on a wall for us to see, or more information about it in the leaflet.
As for the schedule, there is no time listed for when the main event starts.
Also, the speakers in the venue are so loud they vibrate through you.
The microphone was overpowering.
I also noticed that there was a rule about no dogs after 6 pm, but there were dogs in the venue way after that time, which means the rules are not kept.v

No supervision in play barn area...there was 2 older boys we had to tell politely not to climb up the safety netting.

Mi è piaciuto Spacious pitches. Enough room for a caravan, awning and car.
Lots of water point access on the Ash pitches. EHU 1 between 4 pitch. I had a 25mtr cable and that was okay.
Reception was fast and friendly, full of info if you ask them.
Toilet block, laundry, dish wash all in same block. Very clean, hats off to the cleaning team, they were there morning, noon and night.
Entertainment area was fab. Outside bar and stage area was brilliant. Right near the chippy and pizza shop. 4.50p for a portion of chips, good size too.
Indoor bar area) didn’t see a show to comment) and arcades, food service with access to the outdoor pool.
Mini golf and a fully stocked supermarket too.
Bus stop outside the main entrance that will take you to Newquay or Redruth. Bus to Truro is on the other road(10 min walk away).

Non mi è piaciuto I called in advance to request to be near to the toilets due to having an elderly vulnerable woman with us. They preceded to put us on a pitch not close to the toilets, when I mentioned it they attempted to say it’s due to availability however while I was on site there was multiple pitches next to the toilets that were empty. The photos they have online do not reflect the actual conditions of the park. We ended up leaving early due to a few reasons but one of the biggest being the toilet situation, I put in a request and it was ignored that is not good customer service.

We had a son and his family in a static they where very happy with it family of 5 plenty of room and very clean and up to date
Non mi è piaciuto The entrainment room at night could be bigger hard to get seats for family and we went at Easter hols great for kids outside pool was to cold for that time of year even though it was heated could do with a indoor pool

Mi è piaciuto Campsite was amazing, great activities for the kids plenty to keep them entertained without having to go off site. Staff were all friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much to ask and if they didn’t know the answer they went out of their way to find the answer out. Fields were large and spacious pitches.
Non mi è piaciuto This is only personal preference but I did think the pitches wouldn’t be mixed with tents and camper vans together. Also the pitches were marked out with numbers on the ground but these would be easier to see if placed on posts to see clearly straight away. Throughout the site there needs to be more signs as to where dogs are welcome ie beach house, arcades.
