What customers say
Great for families! Lots to do, with a popular pool, arcades, and mini-golf. Spacious pitches and clean facilities. Friendly staff. Note extra activity fees & spotty WiFi. Some found it a bit noisy with limited seating during busy periods.

Powered cement/asphalt and grass campsite (premium)
Liked Very nice pitches, clean and tidy. Swimming pool was amazing. Friendly staff with plenty to do. Great for the kids.
Disliked Need to clamp down on badly behaved children where the parents are nowhere to be seen. You know the ones where they just let their children run wild whilst they are in the bar on the lash.

Liked The pool was warm, so even when it rained it was still fun,
Toilets, showers and washing up facilities were an easy 1 min walk,
We had a problem with dog poo being left behind from previous campers so we called reception and they got someone out straight away, they even came back to wash it down.
10 mins drive to the lovely beaches
Supermarket on site
Great that you can hire alot of stuff from there, we hired a fridge as we couldn't fit one in our car,
The silent disco was good!
Disliked Check in is only from 12pm so the carpark get really busy with people blocking you in etc
There was dog poo when we arrived, made it really smell and had to get children away. But they did come to clean it once we called but this should have been checked before us arriving.
We were in pitch palm, music came on from the pool at 8am! Some days even earlier! But when we went for a swim the speaker was broken? Then next day it woke us up again at 8am?! Music was playing really loud upto gone midnight.
1am we had vehicles right outside our tent with engines on doing something with the gate to the pool!
We hired a fridge that was covered in rust and was clearly falling apart, its had Serval paint jobs, but i guess it did the job just people do not want to put that in their cars as they dont delivery or pick up.

Liked Here’s a cleaned-up version that keeps your wording and tone:
Just got back from Monkey Tree and we all have the blues. We absolutely loved this place and we will be back! The facilities were brilliant, from the entertainment area to the showers and toilets, all very clean. The staff were great, we met some really nice people and, most importantly, the kids loved it!
Disliked First night was ruined by a large group of travellers that managed to get on site without paying, so the whole entertainment area was closed, which was a disappointment, but they dealt with it quickly and the rest of the visit was brilliant.

Powered grass campsite (comfort)
Liked There was so much to do for kids, we was in a great pitching spot, weather was great, good entertainment.
Disliked Toilets block/showers could do with updating, maybe more choice of food places, swimming area would be even more brilliant if it had slides for the kids?
