Camping tranquilo y espacioso con dueños amables, especialmente Val. Disfrutaron de la naturaleza y la cercanía a pueblos. Instalaciones básicas pero limpias, con mejoras planeadas. Ruido de tráfico y pocas duchas en momentos de mucha gente. Se alquilan fogatas.

Pretty flower beds as you arrive and the fields are in clean condition.
Back to basics - slap bang in the middle of countryside.

Me gustó Spacious field, very level. A warm welcome from Val on arrival. Showers and toilets clean. Val was very helpful and friendly.

Me gustó Beautiful cabin! Everything was spotless and it was comfortable and spacious inside. We loved the little extras like the fairy lights and it was really handy to have a fridge, kettle and toaster.
The facilities were a very short walk away and they were also kept very clean.
The owner was very helpful and friendly.
No me gustó Nothing. Our only thought was that we were aware in advance that there were limited shower and toilets. We would not want to queue if we booked to stay at a busier time, and hope that the extra facilities are installed at some point. As it was fairly quiet while we were staying, we didn't have any issues at all.

Me gustó Lovely welcome from the owner Val, what a lovely lady......pitch was spacious ideal for us to put up the awning, toilet and shower block clean and tidy.....great pub 1 mile down the road, called The Mended Drum....great welcome and awesome food...brilliant bus service into York.....thanks Val for making our weekend 😀

Me gustó Lovely site and a very warm welcome. Fab view over fields. Nice and peaceful. Owners are utterly lovely, even checked in on me and waved me off too. Will definitely be back. Nice to feel secure as a solo camper.

Me gustó Spacious good flat pitch, facilities were basic but clean. It had everything we needed and the mended drum pub about half a mile away does great burgers and cask beer.

Me gustó Very spacious, very friendly owners and HOT showers. Good location and good value.
No me gustó Showers close at 8pm and there was often a queue.

Really nice quiet location with some lovely dog walks on the door step

Me gustó It is a lovely quiet camp site with some amazing dog walks on its door step. The facilities are clean and looked after through the day. The couple who run it are very friendly and absolutely lovely. Booking was easy and stress free and so was checking in on arrival.
No me gustó Shower was locked 2000hrs to 0800hrs I understand why but I do normally shower before bed.
