A aimé Spacious good flat pitch, facilities were basic but clean. It had everything we needed and the mended drum pub about half a mile away does great burgers and cask beer.

A aimé Showers were very clean, the owner of the land was really helpful, lent us a washbowl when needed, recommended beautiful local walks and provided us a lovely barbecue. The sheep next to the site were so cute and friendly and the location was perfect. Easingwold is a bus ride away (the 40) so even without a car we were able to get around and see the nature and parks.

N'a pas aimé Only 2 toilet cubicles and 2 showers (in 1 room with a lock so only one person can use at a time)

A aimé Spacious tent pitch with lots of open space for the kids to run around. Clean toilet block which always had toilet roll.

A aimé A nice campsite in a quiet village with a lovely host who couldn’t do enough for you.

N'a pas aimé Separate male and female toilets and showers would be my preference.

A aimé Lovely quiet site during the week but gets busy from Friday night. Showers and toilets clean and well stocked. Val checked on us every morning which was lovely! Thank you for a lovely stay.

A aimé Spacious pitches on nice, level ground. Val was very friendly and helpful and made sure everyone was ok. I’d definitely stay again.

N'a pas aimé Showers could do with an upgrade but we’re perfectly serviceable.

A aimé Fairly quiet, spacious stay. Lovely local pub down the road (1mile walk)

N'a pas aimé Only one toilet had a toilet seat out of the 2, and even that was broken! The shower was constantly locked after trying several times throughout our stay. Disappointing as we booked due to having these facilities.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Hi Rebbecca sorry about your stay , when we opened on wed both toilet seats were intact as they had been done before opening i am very sorry about this .with it being busy and easter we could not get the plumber out they are now replaced with having the grass cut the amount of footfall made it inpossible to keep up with it but i assure you my husband tried many thanks for your feedback .Val x

N'a pas aimé Pitch near the road was noisy at night, showers had no privacy and drains were blocked and the neither of the 2 toilets had toilet seats or toilet roll.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Sorry about that the toilet seats they were done before we opened on wed ,if you had rung me about loud music i would have sorted it .dogs also as this is not on we are very strict about dogs and have a sign up, also they are told on arrival if you could private message me which they were please Val x

A aimé Really friendly owners and large pitch space, toilets and showers were clean.
The site is only 20 mins from York

N'a pas aimé Although very clean the toilets and showers were limited and only 1 of the 2 toilets had a seat and that wasn't fixed on
