Me gustó Wow! What a site this was, when booking in a site you never know what you’ll face or get but this is top trumps when it comes to sites.
This site was spotless and Mark who met us was super friendly and showed us where our pitch was which was a nice touch. Shower and toilet blocks were fantastic and again super clean.
Even had their very own pizza van where we enjoyed a couple of pizzas with a beer from the on site pub.

Me gustó What a lovely little find. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the bar and very reasonably priced. Good facilities, and tent pitches were very spacious. Brilliant location with plenty of days out in the vicinity. Would definitely stay again.

Me gustó Quiet and very friendly

No me gustó Fencing around amenities block meaning you had walk past bar area if you wanted to get to pot wash or laundry. Signs say laundry 24 hours but we found that they locked it up at about 10.00. and prior to this someone's washing was in the machine. One of the staff said it would be open again at 8.00 am, in fact it was open at 7.00, implied that I had misheard. Also drain in disabled shower had lots of hair clogging it.

Me gustó Nice quiet and well looked after campsite, enjoyed our stay.

No me gustó We had a problem on the day of arrival and could not leave until late arriving at around 9pm, we called several time’s to confirm late arrival to be told yes all is ok that’s no problem. Upon arrival the gentleman was quite upset rude with my wife about arriving late.

Their directions state to use Waze to get there, I tried it but Waze takes you on the “car route”, there is a better route if you have a caravan.

We struggled with WiFi and mobile signal

If you type the postcode into Waze it does bring you direct to the entrance. I will look into the matter to see what route it could have taken you along.

Me gustó The site is well situated- clean and tidy, good facilities. Good space between vans. Friendly staff other than one older warden. I would visit again.

No me gustó Showers are tight and not enough clothes pegs or shelf to put your shoes on. Warden was a bit off when I used the single toilet and shower, he shouted that it was the staff toilet and shower(no signage), then followed me as if it was a crime. Limited wi fi as we were away from hub.
