Me gustó Beautiful location. Very good communication from host. Perfect setup for countryside lovers and peaceful! Luckily had availability for a last minute one night stay.

No me gustó Showers were good but could have done with clearer instructions regarding adjusting temperature. Nothing to indicate turning gas on at the bottle, though after embracing a cold shower I realised the gas valve was off.

Me gustó Easy to find, the host had good communication and the farm aspect with cows and pigs was very sweet.

No me gustó The loo facilities were a little rustic but certainly not a negative or dislike….just something to note.

Me gustó I received a warm welcome on arrival, everything was explained perfectly. The pitch size was huge and nicely spaced from the other pitches. This was the most basic camp site we have ever stayed at and it was perfect for us, compost toilets, lovely hot shows, drinking water, a washing up area and a fridge which is a brilliant idea! There’s a shop selling various supplies and being a working farm, it was great to say hi to all of the animals.

No me gustó Nothing, this was the perfect for us whilst attending a wedding a few miles away.

Me gustó Great Campsite. Owners were very kind and helpful. Pitches are spacious and flat. Kids enjoyed seeing the animals. Would recommend and hope to return in the future. Thanks for a lovely stay

Me gustó Beautiful grounds, the working farm is wonderful to watch! The site is quiet and relaxing, overlooking the cows. Basic facilities for a few nights stay. Large, well-maintained pitches, with fire pits which were a great bonus. Pitches marked out with mown areas so a nice private feel. Lovely kids toys and play area, with fridges for use. The owners are helpful and informative, with an on site shop for anything you need. A wonderful place to relax for a few days, or a great base for exploring!

No me gustó The compost toilets aren’t for everyone but knew this when booking! However, clean and relatively low smell. Watch the general waste bins- they are not for all general waste but toilet waste only? (large green bins on site for all other waste). Low flying jets and planes flying over during the days (great to watch!)- just bear in mind if you don’t want the occasional noise overhead!
