Me gustó Really big site, loads of facilities and things to do and all seemed fairly priced. Ate in the Boathouse during our stay and have to say all the food that we had (4 of us) was really good and piping hot, no complaints at all. Nice swimming pool, crazy golf and several outdoor activities.

No me gustó I have been reading over the last month or so that all the dislikes and negative points was the toilet block, I thought to myself that the amount of complaints there had been and responses from management promising that it would be sorted I was quite shocked at the poor state of the touring block toilets and showers. It was quiet on touring whilst we were there not even 20% full and yet the toilets were filthy. I took a picture of one of the toilets at 1pm on the Saturday and was shocked when I went back in at 10pm to find it was in the same state! meaning not a single cleaner had been in there for literally the whole day! disgusting! you should be ashamed of yourselves. Everything about the site itself is superb and you drag it down to a really low score due to a total lack of care and attention in the toilet and shower block. To start with it desperately needs a refurb, lights not working in certain showers with dark tiles just looks awful, even no soap in hand soap dispensers! No doubt your response to my review will be the same as all the others I have been reading, sorry they were dirty we will let the relevant department know??? well either nobody exists in that department or they are not taking a blind bit of notice to either the reviews or requests to get the place tidied up. The whole weekend I was on site I didn't see a single cleaner at any of the toilet blocks, very, very poor. If you are thinking of staying at this place in the school holidays when it will be three times the price to stay and at capacity then all I can say to you is best of luck as I wouldn't wash my dog in there how its presently kept and won't be returning until the negative reviews stop about it.

Me gustó staff are great lots of things to do

No me gustó the showers/toilets was not very nice and not clean the pot washing area had lots of water on the floor, the washing machine are use for cleaning staff in which i don't think this is very good in the bank holidays and most of the time the machines was out of order

Toilet block is gross. Most the time there was no toilet roll,

rubbish in toilet block.

Had 2 showers with a seat in but no where to store your clothes while showering and is at risk of getting wet from having a shower.

Push button for shower which doesn’t last long.

Bath tap constantly leaking. Wasn’t just a drip. When tried to tighten had to use a towel as burnt my hand while trying to tighten it.

Laundrette completely flooded, push taps, again didn’t last long, hot water at the scoldering point. No plug for sink.

No me gustó Toilets and showers on touring site not clean . Did not like using them poor for a park dean site . Showers toilets filthy rubbish in one shower left in there over a day so not cleaned . Poor standard

Me gustó Nice spacious pitch , touring pitch clean and maintained, lots to do on site , swimming free and just turn up without booking , friendly and helpful staff everywhere on the park , chicken shop and chippy both nice helpful and polite staff, would stay again .

No me gustó Onsite shop overpriced but always expected on this type of site , touring toilets and showers was not the best , did get cleaned on a morning didn't seem to get checked after that which is a shame let's the touring site down , I believe if you psy for a pitch the onsite facilities should be cleaned regardless of you been able to shower ect in your caravan , shame but also not the worst ive seen , also wifi not great only works when it wants.

Me gustó The place it self was nice and clean

No me gustó The travellers on site made us feel very uncomfortable and ended up leaving as we had only been there 10mins and they were on us asking questions about security on our motorhome. We felt like we could leave our motorhome unattended
