Понравилось The staff were welcoming on arrival and friendly though out our stay.
Good entertainment including bingo and a very good arcade choice of games.
Bus into skegness on camp.
Outdoor activities available to book.
Free swimming.

Не понравилось Toilets and shower unit for tourer guests are absolutely shocking. They are cleaned however full of mold and dirt they need revamping.
Some guests are inconsiderate for bed time and children.
Arcade game prizes are topped up in morning only and gone you 8pm. Hedges need cutting back. Activities are expensive for guests with multiple children.

reported men’s toilet been blocked, had to report it again and 1st report wasn’t logged so it was very smelly, they didn’t seem to care about touring site as it wasn’t cleaned every day

Не понравилось Touring toilets are more like playground for the kids to run in and out flooding them by blocking with toilet roll toilets were very unclean and mould over shower cubicles rubbish left stacked behind bins and left at pitches and not cleaned up also after paying in full to pitch up another £24.00 was debited out my account with no explanation would not return

Не понравилось Shower and toilet block were disgusting! In the two days we were there I never saw them cleaned once.

Also the wifi needs to reach the touring spots more as it doesnt even work

Понравилось First time I’ve stayed at Parkdean and can honestly say it’s so much cleaner and nicer environment than haven, I saw girls picking up litter and bins emptied , all conifers well maintained and receptionist was very helpful. Food at the restaurant and chicken shed was very good to.

Не понравилось Left my shower gel in block and someone stole it :)

Понравилось Entertainment was good plenty of activities

Не понравилось Tables in what is the lovely boathouse on Saturday, where discustng on Sunday dinner, staff walking past tables full of empties.club house puts prices up at weekends,by 70p a pint. Generally quite expensive.

Понравилось Really big site, loads of facilities and things to do and all seemed fairly priced. Ate in the Boathouse during our stay and have to say all the food that we had (4 of us) was really good and piping hot, no complaints at all. Nice swimming pool, crazy golf and several outdoor activities.

Не понравилось I have been reading over the last month or so that all the dislikes and negative points was the toilet block, I thought to myself that the amount of complaints there had been and responses from management promising that it would be sorted I was quite shocked at the poor state of the touring block toilets and showers. It was quiet on touring whilst we were there not even 20% full and yet the toilets were filthy. I took a picture of one of the toilets at 1pm on the Saturday and was shocked when I went back in at 10pm to find it was in the same state! meaning not a single cleaner had been in there for literally the whole day! disgusting! you should be ashamed of yourselves. Everything about the site itself is superb and you drag it down to a really low score due to a total lack of care and attention in the toilet and shower block. To start with it desperately needs a refurb, lights not working in certain showers with dark tiles just looks awful, even no soap in hand soap dispensers! No doubt your response to my review will be the same as all the others I have been reading, sorry they were dirty we will let the relevant department know??? well either nobody exists in that department or they are not taking a blind bit of notice to either the reviews or requests to get the place tidied up. The whole weekend I was on site I didn't see a single cleaner at any of the toilet blocks, very, very poor. If you are thinking of staying at this place in the school holidays when it will be three times the price to stay and at capacity then all I can say to you is best of luck as I wouldn't wash my dog in there how its presently kept and won't be returning until the negative reviews stop about it.
