Southview Leisure Park

Ik was blij met We had a lovely sized corner pitch close to the shower block, Elsan point and water.

The touring site is located fairly centrally on the site.

The show bar had a good range of entertainment and good selection of drinks.

The chicken shack offers freshly cooked, quality food. The staff are super friendly and helpful too.

Ik was niet blij met The smell of sewage being so close to the Elsa’s point. Toilet block is very outdated and needs some major investment. The shower block didn’t appear to get cleaned with dirty floors, no soap at the sinks and filthy toilets. Parkdean need to sort this out!

During the day at the Show bar end of the site there wasn’t anywhere to grab a drink/food before the chicken shack opened whilst the kids played at the park which was a little frustrating.

The food at The Boathouse restaurant was of a pretty poor standard unfortunately.

Ik was blij met Spacious pitches with space to park your vehicle, showers,bath and toilets nearby, launderette on site, shop on site as well as entertainment, the site is lovely and clean and well maintained, stayed here several times and will be returning

Ik was blij met Plenty to do on site with swimming pool use included in the stay which the kids really enjoyed, also has a shop on site, several food options and only a short drive into Skegness. The site itself is spacious and well maintained.

Ik was niet blij met The toilet block was grim, the worst we've ever seen and we have stayed at a lot of sites. Having just come back from a weekend there, being in the busy season was no excuse in March! Not once were they cleaned, showers were very small wet rooms with no where to put your clothes so they were soaked afterwards, no soap in the main dispenser, hand dryer was neither use nor ornament and the toilets, half of them didn't work and the other half were not pleasant.

When we arrived after 7.30 had ask multiple people to find out what to do (lack of communication ) swimming pool had flys and sand in it

Ik was blij met The site overall was delightful with ample space for the caravan and car. Also the hedgerows were well maintained. We loved the many lakes with the assortment of wildlife that were very tame and geese that held the traffic up whilst they crossed the road to the other lake. Although sadly we didn't get an opportunity to use the swimming pool, it looked very inviting and well managed. A lovely site for children with some entertaining play equipment.

Ik was niet blij met We disliked the fact that some of the plumbing was virtually unusable with the drinking water pipe not having a tap on the end and being loose in the wall, and the toilets did not flush the effluent at times. It was also disappointing that the adult entertainment on average did not start until 9pm so we did not get to view that. There was lots of extra entertainment that looked very impressive but was expensive to use especially when you are working to a budget.
