What customers say
Guests love the peaceful riverside setting, great views, and welcoming owners. Spacious, level pitches and a nearby pub are highlights. While clean, showers have low water pressure and dated fixtures. Management is addressing shower issues and upgrading the site.

We definitely will return if planning to camp mid-Wales
Primitive grass campsite
Liked Absolutely great camping. Lovely location and friendly owner. Facilities were as expected. Shower was more than adequate for a camping experience and although there was only 1 shower per gender, we never had to queue and we went over a weekend in August.

Liked We were a little apprehensive about staying at Dolswydd Caravan Park because it was one of the cheaper sites we looked at, but we couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. It was fantastic! We had a lovely, spacious pitch, and the whole site was well kept and welcoming. The pub served delicious food, and the drinks were very reasonably priced too. There was only one shower, but it really wasn’t an issue—you just had to time it right. Overall, it’s a lovely site with great value for money, and we’d happily stay here again.

Liked Everybody was so friendly and owners were lovely. The access to the pub garden was great and good selection of drinks. Has all the facilities you would need. Will definitely stay again
Disliked Showers could do with updating but definitely not a dealbreaker and wouldn’t put me off staying again.

From the manager: Thank you for visiting, we are glad you had a nice time.
The showers were replaced three years ago. The panels may be a little older but are hard wearing and extreamly expensive to replace. This doesnt currently fit in with our sustainability goas and so they wont be replaced any time soon. New ones are not as hard wearing and the cost benefit is not justifyable.
