Polubione Spacious pitch but it is predominantly taken up by permanent touring caravans only a few left for walk ins.
Showers were warm but the pressure was very poor. Overall a satisfactory stay the Angel inn at the end of the site has great food and very welcoming. Booked online never saw any staff on arrival or during our stay

We are sorry that you didn't see us. We normally send a confirmation email, upon receiving a booking, but were not in the office to do this at such a short notice booking.You had booked late on a Friday and must have been at the Severn Arms next door when we came down to the site to do our nightly checks. We do like to see our visitors, but cannot always and visitors usually ring if they have booked late to find out which pitch has been allocated to them (pitch up do state that you should call on arrival).
Regarding the water pressure, if you move the dial to a different position, it usually corrects. You could also have called us at any time and we would have come down and sorted this for you.

Polubione Plenty of room for our tent and water and electric right next to us. Extremely clean site with the shower block and rubbish being cleaned quite a few times a day.

Niepolubione Only 1 shower in the shower block, could do with another one or two so you don't have to wait for one to become free. No wifi for younger children

We do state that we do not have wifi on our profile and on the confirmation email that we send on booking.
We do take on board your comments about the shower. Most of our visitors have their own facilities. We have looked into putting in more but it is not viable for us to do this. There is never more than one person waiting at any time even on the busiest bank holidays.

Polubione Lovely site, some stunning views around the area.. toilet block clean and no push button shower!..pub at the end of the site is brilliant and very friendly, 02 signal was fine .. can't wait to come back!

The building work in the village is unfortunate and very out of our control. We have requested nicely that they keep the noise down.

Polubione The site is ideal for those who want a quiet relaxed break, the site amenities were excellent and well maintained..I would recommend this place anytime.

Polubione Hard standing pitch on a small family run site. Great base for visiting area.

Niepolubione Shower block was not heated and very cold in April. Water pressure very weak.
The bathroom had one strip light above the 3 loos but little light reached the shower end.

However, we would like to clarify several points. Our listing does not state that the facilities are heated or that Wi-Fi is available, and your visit took place in April, a very cold week in April. The facilities block was cleaned twice daily throughout your stay, and for most of that time you were the only guests using it.

Each time you contacted us, we responded within approximately 10 minutes, despite also managing other work commitments. We also made it clear that if you experienced any issues, such as low water pressure, we would attend promptly to resolve them. Other guests also helped you with tv signal.
You requested to be able to leave the caravan for longer on your departure day and we were only too happy to oblige. We are sorry we could not have done more for you.

Given the level of responsiveness and support provided, we believe we delivered an appropriate standard of customer service. We are therefore disappointed that this was not reflected in your experience.

Niepolubione Pitch 32 as you are in the heart of nature and this is no reflection on the site.
Just be careful of the mice as they chewed a hole in our tent. Easier to go closer to the pitch 33 sign.
Wouldn't want any harm to come to them at the end of the day we are pitching onto of their home.

That said, we must admit to a touch of disappointment that the points listed under “dislikes” weren’t mentioned to us during your visit. We would have been more than happy to assist, including helping you move to another pitch. While pitch 33 doesn’t have an electric hook-up, we certainly wouldn’t have minded you relocating nearby had we known—especially as you had the entire area to yourselves.

We also appreciate you noting the presence of field mice nesting in the area—what a lovely bit of nature to encounter. We’ll make sure their little home is safely cordoned off so they come to no harm. That said, it would have been very helpful to know at the time so we could have ensured no one else set up in that spot.

Thank you again for your feedback—we do value it, even if we’d have preferred the opportunity to address things while you were still with us.
