Mi è piaciuto Nice pitch near the facilities and next to the river. Short walk to the pub with excellent food. (Food, only on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. .) Informative email from the site owners telling you where your pitch is located and the number etc. So we didn't meet the owners, as we didn't need anything, and the payment was dealt with automatically. . All good thank you.

Non mi è piaciuto Hot water. We stayed 3 nights, and all was good until the morning of departure. We wanted a nice shower to be fresh for the onward journey, but there was no hot water to be found, so had to leave without. Cold wash in the sink, and cold washing up. Disappointing. .
No point contacting the owner at the time as we had to leave on our onward journey. .

Every time we came down to the site, you were not around or in your van and we dont like to disturb people, so we are sorry we didnt see you.
We are sorry about the water, we had no idea until a regular visitor told us yesterday lunch time. If we had of known, we would have switched the boost on immediatly. We do wish people would let us know if there is anything wrong, we cant do anything about it if we dont know. We would prefer not to see this in a review. This matter was rectified within half an hour of us knowing.

Mi è piaciuto A lovely quiet site. A nice spot by a small river/stream. Good communication from the owner.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely site and friendly owners. Shower and toilet very clean. Quiet site even though there was some construction work it stopped by 5pm and didn’t start until 9am. Pub was an added bonus. Will definitely be back 😊

Non mi è piaciuto Would be nice to be able turn on light for a morning shower as was a little dark.

The lights are on timers. Unfortunatly it was overcast during your trip. We would have adjusted this for you had we have known it was a little dark, although after a moment eyes do adjust.

Mi è piaciuto 2nd stay here and it didnt disappoint. Pitch sizes are plenty big enough for our caravan and awning. Lovely to have the sheep around us and the rest of the animals. If you are looking for a restful , peaceful place look no further.

We had tried to see you during your visit, but you were either not on the pitch or in your van and we do not like to bother people. This is why we send a confirmation email explaining where everything is and to reiterate to contact us if you need anything at all, we are disapointed that you did not contact us, which pitch up do ask all visitors to do on arrival. We assume you received this and our email, as you knew which pitch to go to on at arrival.
