What customers say
Spacious, well-equipped site with a family focus. Praised for friendly staff, clean facilities, and activities. Restaurant/bar also noted positively. Some facilities could use updates & occasional water pressure issues. Good location near attractions.

Liked Friendly staff, clean toilet and shower facilities. Bingo night was good laugh and pizza on site was amazing. Everyone there was respectful if times etc and families.
Disliked Could have done with more events on, was disappointed that the wild activities were in such disrepair and un maintained. Guess its just a sign of the times with the cost of everything.

Awesome place
Powered grass campsite
Liked Amazing beautiful clean site with fantastic facilities and loads of things to do, friendly staff great stay all round.
Disliked My pitch tripped out all the time when using my kettle or microwave, so making food and a brew in the Campervan was awkward and frustrating instead of the stress free that I wanted, But that is it no other dislikes, Pitch B2 if you want to look into it.

Liked The location was lovely.
The bar/grill and having the playground were amazing features.
Close to the toilets and washing up blocks.
Disliked The extra activities seemed very expensive for what they were.
The walks were disappointing, the woods and ponds need some work as they don’t look like how your advertise them.

Powered grass campsite
Liked We went with two family’s and had part of the field to our self
Disliked - loud music at night until midnight
- lady on email and reception. (Assuming same lady) quite off and rude, unhelpful
- lake/water stank - was like being next to skewer water - looks loving in the photos but realistically dirty water
- additionally things to do very limited for younger children and activities were expensive

I think either fix what’s broken or remove it as it lets the site down
Primitive grass campsite
Liked The field is large and spacious and it’s a good sized pitch. The showers were very clean and the water warm. Nice site to go exploring in and we enjoyed walking round the fishing lake, the woodland walk and we played crazy golf.
The pizza was absolutely delicious and the cider excellent. The outside bar was our favourite and deserves to be open everyday.
Disliked It’s a shame there is a broken/ unused aerial walkway. It added a shabby air to the site together with the abandoned play structure in our field. They also don’t use the quad bikes anymore. Also the pond in the woodland walk/ disused aerial walkway stinks.
