Liked Cheap accommodation, Showers and loos were clean.

Disliked Late night noise, general lack of privacy as pod 3 is a bit of a thoroughfare for recycling and part of site. Close to road so noisy. Left a night early as no sleep.

Liked Easy friendly check in. Good pitch with electric hook up. Lovely green site by the river. Visits from the friendly ducks and ducklings. Short walk into Wooler (albeit up a fairly steep hill) Nearby distillery well worth a visit and if not it’s restaurant certainly is.

Disliked Bar lacked atmosphere and drinks expensive for not very good wine and beer. Can’t comment on food as they stop serving at 8 so weren’t able to eat there.

Liked Not alot really!!
The ducks were canny!!

Disliked Poor signal for TV.
Toilets dated, but are clean!!
Some caravans, motorhomes etc seemed to be quite close together!!
The site is really big, but, the pub and shop are off site!!

Liked Not a lot.

Disliked Too busy compared with other sites we stayed at. Children tearing round on bikes with no lights. CHILDREN CHASING AND TEASING THE DUCKS WHO HAD DUCKLINGS WITH THEM. Not a site we would visit again. Might have been due to it being Friday night.

Liked Lovely site, Reception staff were wonderful we stayed in a pos which was fantastic, just took our own camping beds and cooking things. It had a light bedside table and a fridge. Riverside bar and arcade is close by. Toilets cleaned often, key drop off for early departure.

Disliked Toilets needed a deep clean of ceiling and in showers.

Liked Friendly reception staff, good facilities with bar, bar food, sandwich shop, swimming pool, close to Wooler village. Showers and toilets were very clean.

Disliked Only thing I can think of was pitch a little tight, with neighbours both sides, luckily we didn't need awning out.

Liked Very nice site pub on site across the road swimming pool kids entertainment also adults aswell great food walk into wooler nce village will be back again staff is lovely and very helpfull

Liked Location to Wooler

Disliked The toilets and showers were tired looking but relatively clean.
Every morning at 9am on the dot the ground keepers were out with the leaf blowers.
