What customers say
This well-kept campground has spacious sites, friendly staff, and a cozy bar with popular wood-fired pizzas. Guests love the beautiful location, stunning views, and nearby hiking. Restrooms are generally clean; private toilet/shower units are a highlight. Occasional traffic noise and some dated facilities are minor drawbacks, often outweighed by the great experience and desire to return.

Primitive grass campsite
Liked Beautiful view. Very quiet. Good facilities. Out of season really so I assume that’s why the bar was closed. Easy to get to. Close to start of the three peaks. Reception shit when I got there so just drove on, easy as.

Good location to explore surrounding areas and good pitches
Powered gravel and cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Great spacious pitches. bar on site was lovely and had a nice atmosphere. The wood burning stove gave a warm welcome on a cold and wet February evening. Pre-ordered pizza before we arrived and it was delicious. Will be back again. Staff very friendly.
Disliked Could hear a little traffic noise but wasn’t too intrusive. Toilets/showers suffered a bit from the wet weather during our stay as floors seemed to be constantly wet and muddy. Maybe a doormat would have helped with that? Showers pretty basic and limited space, but does the trick

A brilliant stay with a cozy on-site pub and very welcoming staff.
Powered gravel and cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked The staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our electric hook-up pitch was perfect and everything worked exactly as it should. The highlight was definitely the on-site pub—it has a great atmosphere and the log burner makes it feel so cozy and inviting.
Disliked Absolutely nothing—the only bad part was having to pack up and go home!
