What customers say
This lakeside campsite boasts beautiful views and water activities. Guests love the friendly staff, roomy spots, and amenities like the playground and beach. It's great for families! Some facilities are a bit dated. Pitches can get soggy after heavy rain.

Powered cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked nice site, easy to find and check in process was easy.
Lady on check in was very helpful, our pitch was electric hook up but the point was a bit far and our cable wouldn't reach so she kindly let us borrow a longer cable as they couldn't offer a swap due to being fully booked.
my son loved the play park and mini golf. there was some damage on the mini golf and this was fixed very quickly.
one thing to note is the little beach area is a no dog zone which i didnt realise when i booked but we did a walk around the lake instead.
The pitches are a good size, luckily the pitch behind us left and all the children around us had plenty of space to play which was lovely.
overall this is a good small quiet site, the market town is a few minutes away by car, if you love water then this is a good place to go. The only thing i felt was missing was maybe a little coffee shop. The shop on site is small, they sell the essentials and some drinks but something like coffee and cake so you can sit by the water would have been lovely.
We would come back :)
