Mi è piaciuto We have had the best stay and the 3 children have been living their best lives!

The staff have been super helpful and so friendly. The facilities are great and other guests and longer term caravan owners were so friendly.

We have been out on the lake, the children had their first go at paddle boarding, which we hired and we took our own kayak. They’ve made friends, fed the ducks and the carp and played crazy golf.

This is first site that I’ve been to which was actually quiet at night and to a decent hour in the morning.

We are so pleased to have found this site and will definitely be returning. We have made so many memories. Thank you for making our little holiday so special. We only hope that caravan area remains for families like ourselves.

Non mi è piaciuto We had a few issues with another family allowing their children to kick a football at our car but the warden and staff were very helpful and sorted the issue straight away.

Non mi è piaciuto Gentleman in the shop on the Friday our last day was not what I expect from him as the other 2 days the staff were smiley nothing seemed too much trouble

Very clean toilets and shower block
Also in site warden who was really helpful
A stones throw from the little market town of Market Bosworth
Also had water activities on site

Mi è piaciuto Third time we have been here so shows we like the place. Love the lake walk, fantastic for the dog, friendly helpful staff always smile and wave when they see you

Non mi è piaciuto Ladies showers being cleaned at 10.15 so closed, it would be better for cleaning to take place after 11am when you need to vacate your pitch

Non mi è piaciuto Campsite looked tired hardstanding pitch no good for anyone unsteady on there feet big chunks of hardcore which could be a trip hazard...would return but on a grass pitch

Mi è piaciuto Love this site, been twice before with no issues, clean, well maintained, usually restful and relaxing (even with the kids in tow). Has everything you need on site and friendly staff.

Non mi è piaciuto Unfortunately we were woken up each morning of our stay very early by noisy inconsiderate neighbours. Day two was a man pitched behind us shouting for around half an hour at 6am. Spoke to him about it and he said 'ive been for a run so im out of breath'.

Day three the people pitched next to us decided to leave around 5.30am, so again we were woken up to the noise of two men pushing and grunting and manouvering a caravan on the stones (again, rather noisy).

Day four, again people leaving from 6am and the noise waking us all up again. Managed to get back to sleep only to be woken by the thud of a child squeezing through the tiny gap between the wood pitch separation posts and my car, scraping his handlebars down my car and flying off his bike. He was uninjured thankfully, my car less so.

Oh and a family nearby with several yappy dogs that yapped morning, noon and night.

Not the quietest, or most peaceful, or most relaxing break weve had here. Not sure if we'll go back:(

Not the fault of the operators of course but perhaps an earliest leaving time could/should be introduced

Mi è piaciuto Cleanliness of the site, friendly staff and people, campsite rules, cleanliness of the lakes, budget friendly

Non mi è piaciuto Toilet and shower block were unsanitary, covered in hair. Paddle boards launching from the beach when children playing in the lakes is an accident waiting to happen

Mi è piaciuto Really great site. Clean facilities. Great water sports. It's also well located as a base for all kinds in the area. 3 nights was not enough. We will be back.
