Disliked toilet block a bit run down, one shower was cold no hot water. The road is too noisy for us

We're pleased you appreciated our location close to the sea, although we're sorry to hear that your stay didn't quite meet your expectations.

We understand that road noise can be an issue for some guests, which is why we aim to be as transparent as possible about our location. Our Pitchup listing clearly states that we are situated between the A55 and the railway line, allowing guests to make an informed decision before booking.

We're sorry to hear about your experience with the shower facilities. We always encourage guests to let our reception team know of any issues during their stay so that we have the opportunity to investigate and resolve them promptly. Unfortunately, as nothing was brought to our attention at the time, we weren't given the chance to put things right for you.

We were also disappointed to see the low ratings for cleanliness and customer service, as these are areas we take great pride in. Our team works extremely hard to maintain high standards throughout the park and provide a friendly, helpful service to all our guests.

We appreciate that every park won't suit everyone's preferences, but we do value all feedback and will take your comments on board.

Liked As we only have a small camper we rely on onsite facilities & the were at a very high standard. Also the view is superb.

Disliked Site was open (close to North Wales Expressway and railway track).

If we had know this we may have decided to go to another site.

Liked We had a lovely stay at this campsite & such an easy check in. It was a quiet and peaceful site, which made it perfect for a relaxing break. Everything was very clean and well looked after, and the toilet facilities were absolutely spotless.
The reception staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Pitches were big with fantastic views
We would definitely recommend this campsite and would happily stay again!
