Disliked Site very run down & overgrown, we paid £40 for one night, no electric, just a cramped pitch, we felt it was overpriced, there was no liquid soap in toilets, the tap just trickles warm water, can't wash hands properly, the pitches were very close together, when we opened our side window the couple next door were literally outside the window. We had water next to our pitch, but it was so overgrown you had to fight with the bushes/weeds to get to the tap.
The washing up area was, again, very overgrown, there were no plugs in the sinks and one of the sinks wasn't working at all. I don't want to upload the photos I took because they're not good , and I feel that with some time & effort and a lot of work, this place could be lovely, the owner was lovely & friendly and I don't feel good about leaving a bad review but I'm afraid this place is nothing like the website. Such a shame as it looked amazing on their website and could be an absolute gem of a campsite

Liked It was cancelled on the day we turned up. Was told it was because it was over booked, they said it wasn't there fault??

Disliked We disliked the glass in the hard standing areas also it looked quite untidy and unkempt, showers and toilets were really nice .the price is twice as high as what we normally pay for any campsite we have stayed on in the UK

Disliked Site has been left unmanaged. Grass uncut, showers old and not very nice and hose where water is just leaking and full of muddy water.

However, I'm truly sorry to hear that the condition of the site, particularly the uncut grass, the state of the showers, and the leaking hose, significantly detracted from your stay. Disliked Dirty toilets and showers price was way to much we have a 5.9 metre long motor home smaller than some vans we parked with vans as instructed as you are small they paid 69.80 we paid £98.80 I know £6 for dog but it’s so unfair we didn’t use showers etc just sleep two nights then told £10 per night more for electric rip off.
