Disliked Pitches were a little close and the price for one night stay was quite high at £50 exc electric (however appreciate we booked last minute, one night stay in middle of weekend and via an aggregator site - all factors to consider)

Liked Can’t argue with the position, very close to coast and near chippy and pubs. Really liked being able to use fire pit. Having water and power to pitch. Near to open fields and quiet surroundings.

Disliked Thought the cost £50 p/n (including extras EHU and dog) felt very costly for a no frills campsite with these tired facilities, when CC offers better for similar cost. Floors always wet in toilet block; leaking toilet? No sign of any cleaning taking place although there was always paper towels and toilet tissue. Dishwashing sink drain overflows making ground soggy.

Liked Lovely location, perfect for walking to the beach. We took a converted campervan and the hookup and pitch were ideal. Nice and flat and not too crammed in by other people.

Convenient shop very close by.
Facilities were clean and functional, not too busy, didn’t need to wait for a shower etc.

Very helpful and friendly site owners, and the owls were a bonus!

Would definitely book here again if back out this way.

Disliked Showers in shoddy condition, general junk near the showers and toilets, flower 🌸 bags just full of weeds . The reception area looked like Harry potters cupboard under the stairs.It looks like the owner don’t care anymore . It could be so much nicer with minimal effort . We chose to have a holiday there and would have liked a nicer field and faculties for the money, the pitch we were directed to had two lorry containers in it next to our pitch The sign on the way in was minimal and we shot straight past it.We’ve now parked up in a site with nice clean facilities for half the money. Sorry we won’t be back.

Liked Great position in relation to the beach. Great walk to Hunstanton. The pitches were fine and we had some nice people next to us. No loud music and generally respectful people staying.

Disliked The facilities were very tired. The level of servicing was poor and the toilets that were running low on toilet roll on Saturday evening were avoid of any come Sunday mid morning. The showers (I used the power shower) was in a poor state and the shower head would keep dropping.

Liked Love the location a couple of minutes from the seafront, the owner was very friendly and approachable, loved to see the owls that are on site with their keeper, read some very poor reviews about this place but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our dogs, hot clean showers toilets with toilet roll and hand washing facilities, a basic site but had everything we needed on our must have list, not a bad word to say really

Liked Location was great. A few minutes up the road to the beach. Fairly quiet and small site. Random owls kept there which is quite cool. Most staff are friendly enough. Extremely well stocked shop incl. Beach stuff and souvenirs up the road. Takeaway places deliver. Pitches are a decent size.

Disliked Staff when we arrived weren't easy to find and not overly forthcoming with info, like where the amenities were. We had to ask. Bathrooms and showers are smallish, not particularly well kept or clean. Its not a very well kept site and looks quite unkempt. The office is a mess 🤣 They dont sell anything on site. Way too high a price for what it is, but I imagine its purely based on location (which is why we chose it).

Liked The site is a few minutes walk from the nearest bus stop (buses going to Hunstanton, King's Lynn, Wells Next The Sea, Walsingham). Also just a few hundred metres from the sea.

Disliked Unfortunately the site has a not very transparent pricing policy and seem to make up rates as they go along, certainly you will pay more than the "prices from" rates advertised.
Shower and toilet facilities are basic, with many of them not working. On my visit only two showers were working for the whole site.
