Positiv Pool was great, restaurant/bar was great. Fantastic, super clean showers. Close to beach and seafront

Negativ Not a criticism but be aware this park is at the top of a pretty steep hill. There is a bus but if you’re walking or cycling it’s a bit of a slog. On the plus side, the views are amazing

Vom Platzbetreiber: Hi Gayle, Thanks so much for your lovely review. Really pleased that you liked the pool, restaurant and bar and found our showers to be super clean. The hill is sometimes a double edged sword sometimes - it means we get the most fantastic views, but it does mean it's a bit of a trek up from the beach too! Luckily, the local bus is brilliant, and I always find that an ice cream at the bottom and the promise of a refreshing drink on the Jetty terrace at the top helps climbing the hill easier! We hope to welcome you back to Beverley really soon - hopefully for a 10/10 stay! Nikki

Positiv Perfect peaceful location close to st ives and the southwest coastal path. The friendliest of staff. Clean shower facilities with abundant hot water. Games room and fish and chip van was a nice bonus

Negativ Nothing

Positiv Location cannot be beaten. Right in the middle of town and central to everything

Negativ Showers were warm but not hot and no hot water for washing dishes.

Positiv Excellent location close to Ambleside set in beautiful wooded grounds. Easy cycle access (lots of cycle paths or very quiet roads). Clean, hot showers. Drying room looked handy (although I didn’t need it). Friendly staff and onsite shop was well stocked with all the things you might need including cold beer and wine.

Vom Platzbetreiber: Dear Gayle, thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed our beautiful woodland setting and convenient location close to Ambleside. It's great to know you appreciated the clean facilities, friendly team, and well-stocked on-site shop. We're also pleased the drying room and easy access to local cycling routes added to your experience. We hope to welcome you back for another stay soon!

Positiv This is a fairly rustic site but what first seemed like its drawback is actually its charm. It’s more or less a big field located by a river but it’s so peaceful and beautiful and located just a 10-15 minute walk from Settle where there are all the shops, bars and restaurants you could ask for. Particular highlight was Nettle restaurant. Depending on where you park up toilets and showers are a wee walk away but that’s the price you pay for this level of tranquility. Dunking my feet in the river that runs through the site after a roasting hot day of hiking about was bliss

Positiv Beautiful location Excellent shower facilities 10/10 Great location about 3 miles from York with flat path/cycle route all the way Lovely pub in the other direction, about 30 minute walk away

Negativ Only 1 pot wash sink. Very minor issue though as otherwise facilities were excellent

Positiv Great location conveniently located for exploring the many wonderful sights and activities in and around Betws y Coed. Level pitches. Clean, modern toilet/shower facilities. Fantastic views

Negativ Some farm noise, but this is to be expected so close to a working farm.

Positiv Great pub serving great food at very reasonable prices. Showers were lovely and hot and plenty strong enough. Very conveniently located for exploring the many wonderful sights and activities in and around Betws y Coed. Level pitches

Negativ Only very slight criticism is that all the toilets were also showers (4 in total) so it was a little bit busy in the morning. But nothing that a little patience didn’t solve.
