Positiv We absolutely loved our stay here over a very hot and sunny May bank holiday. Great facilities but still feels like wild camping with lots to explore. Our five year old loved the trampoline/swing, animals, big pink bus etc. Firepit included. Close to lots to do - Glastonbury Tor, Wells, various nature reserves, Wookey Hole...The owners are really welcoming and there to help with anything.

Positiv Loved the location and the farm campsite itself. Heard bittern booming late in the evening, which was really special. The hosts have clearly put a lot of hard work and love into the campsite.

Positiv Beautiful surroundings,
Lovely friendly attentive hosts (we forgot our sleeping bags and they were so kind and provided us with pillows and blankets!),
If we needed anything or any help Beth or Karl were always around to help,
Great clean facilities- soap and sponges at the washing facilities and fridges to use which was so handy,
So lovely to see the chickens, ducks and guinea fowl roaming around- was a lot of lovely wildlife around, we even got to see some newts.

Positiv The campsite is run by lovely people, who really care about it being a great place to stay. Lots of lovely animals around and am excellent location for the nature reserves.

Positiv We had such a lovely stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing campsite. Karl and Bethan (the owners&hosts) were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our visit — genuinely lovely hosts who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

The campsite itself is so amazing, set beside a nature reserve with plenty of space between pitches. Being able to choose our own pitch was a really nice touch. The facilities were excellent — spotless toilets, hot powerful showers, safe drinking water, a great washing-up area with a fridge, and even a lounge/seating area with games and charging points.

The site was peaceful and relaxing, and we also enjoyed seeing the farm animals around the campsite. Particularly enjoyed seeing the bat house, horses, donkeys and the forest school.

We will happily return again.

Positiv Everything! This was our third visit to Station Farm, and as always we had a lovely relaxing time, it was so nice to be back! The site was as clean and well maintained as always, the kids love the trampoline, swing and animals and we enjoyed the really peacefull setting and sitting out by the tent in the evenings. The site is really convenient for day trips to Wells and Glastonbury - we did both while there. I am sure we will be back again next year!!

Positiv A cosy site with plenty of space - not overloaded with tightly packed pitches and intermingled guy ropes like some larger camp sites.
Level field site, tent peg friendly ground, clean toilets, showers and washing up facilities, friendly owners, sociable campers, free-range kids, free-range ducks and chickens!
Scooters, wheelbarrows, trailers, mud kitchen, communal games and activities area, puzzles, board games, books. Oh and a trampoline!
Avalon Marshes Tea Shop only a one minute walk across the road so you won't go hungry.

Negativ Could do with an extra loo - a project the owners are working on for next year.

Positiv We liked everything about this site. It’s not an understatement to say it’s the best site we’ve stayed at.
The hospitality from the owners Karl and Bethan throughout the stay was amazing. Thank you for making us so welcome, had some great chats with Karl.
The site feels like wild camping but with excellent facilities.
Toilets, showers and washing facilities were immaculate, great communal space with charging points for devices.
Fire pits and wood are available at a very reasonable price.
The site is limited to a low number of pitches so there’s loads of space and you don’t feel like your neighbour is right on top of you.
Location is perfect. Can’t wait to go back

Positiv Such a beautiful spot. It was perfect! The kids had a fab time visiting the animals, playing on the drums in the Forrest and bouncing on the trampoline.

The adults had fun on the drums too 🤪
