Positiv Great park, quick check in, clean toilets and showers.

Negativ Loud at night and not policed enough. A group staying near us was clearly away with 4-5 other groups and they were playing loud music, drinking and running around until nearly midnight.

Positiv Toilets and showers very modern and up to date and also very clean. The whole campsite very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Good bar. Good onsite chippy. Good walks straight from the site.

Negativ While the fish and chips were very good they are very very expensive.

I’m sorry you felt the toilets and showers were insufficient.
Just to clarify, if you head a little further around the park, there are multiple toilet and shower blocks available. The block nearest the overflow field is our smallest one, which is why it can feel limited at busy times. Our middle block and the larger facilities closest to reception offer significantly more toilets and showers, and we’ve never had any issues with capacity in those areas.

Positiv All of it. Chippy is a bit expensive though.

Positiv Check in was easy and staff are friendly. On-site shop was well stocked and cafe looked nice even though we didn't use it. The chippy was amazing! On-site bar was well stocked. Toilet and shower facilities were very clean.

Negativ Electricity was off when we checked in around 12 and we were told it was emergency works and would be a couple of hours untill it was back on so none of the facilities such as the shop or cafe were available. It didn't come back on until about 18:10. We have since found out it was a planned outage but this was not communicated either when we booked or when we checked in.
