Me gustó Everything about the site was excellent, except for the dislike comment.

No me gustó I spent two nights there. Unfortunately my pitch was 10metres away from some houses. One of which had dogs barking all through the day. Fortunately I went out most of the day. Won’t go there again.

We understand how disappointing it can be when barking dogs disturb the peace and relaxation you're hoping for during your time away. We're sorry that the location of your pitch wasn't quite what you were hoping for. We understand that some guests travelling in campervans prefer a quieter area away from static caravans and touring pitches. Me gustó Decent camp site with good facilities and modern, well maintained toilets/showers.

No me gustó Electric hook-up was hopeless - kept tripping out even though we had very little power demand. Was forced to move to another pitch having spent considerable time getting the caravan levelled/steadied & set up with power/water/drainage for an overnight stay. Emergency reception were sympathetic but couldn’t help until next day.

We're very sorry to learn about the issues you experienced with the electric hook-up on your pitch. We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to move after already spending time levelling and setting up your caravan, particularly during a short overnight stay. While we're glad our out-of-hours team were able to offer support and understanding, we recognise that this did not resolve the inconvenience you experienced at the time.
