Δεν μου άρεσε I spent two nights there. Unfortunately my pitch was 10metres away from some houses. One of which had dogs barking all through the day. Fortunately I went out most of the day. Won’t go there again.

We're sorry that the location of your pitch wasn't quite what you were hoping for. We understand that some guests travelling in campervans prefer a quieter area away from static caravans and touring pitches. Μου άρεσε Decent camp site with good facilities and modern, well maintained toilets/showers.

Δεν μου άρεσε Electric hook-up was hopeless - kept tripping out even though we had very little power demand. Was forced to move to another pitch having spent considerable time getting the caravan levelled/steadied & set up with power/water/drainage for an overnight stay. Emergency reception were sympathetic but couldn’t help until next day.

We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to move after already spending time levelling and setting up your caravan, particularly during a short overnight stay. While we're glad our out-of-hours team were able to offer support and understanding, we recognise that this did not resolve the inconvenience you experienced at the time.

Μου άρεσε The location is fantastic for walking and exploring the area. The park is clean and tidy and the staff are always about to help with any issues. The playground is amazing for the kids and the pub and games room were a big hit with our family. If you want to escape for a while this place is where you need to go the scenery is amazing.

Δεν μου άρεσε We were on pitch 58 and it was not level to a point where we had to motor mover the caravan on to the pitch horizontally just so the legs would go down and even then we had to use blocks of wood as the legs still wouldn’t touch the floor on one side. We did ask for a different pitch but with it being bank holiday they were fully booked. From looking around I think it was only this pitch which was like that. We would stay again just on a different pitch.

At that end of the site there wasn’t enough toilets. Just two ladies toilets/two gents toilets and one shower in each so there was always a queue. There is more at the other side of the park though.

The power wasnt great to the caravan - the electricity would pulse and everything would turn off and then flick back on again a few seconds later, this happened a lot. You could also tell the busy times because the electricity would just trip out, one morning all we had on was the kettle and it tripped 3 times before it boiled.

There is absolutely no WIFI or TV/phone signal. There is a booster for the tv outside on the box so take a cable.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to have trouble levelling your caravan, particularly during a busy Bank Holiday period when alternative pitches were unavailable. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will ensure the pitch is reviewed by our team.

We also apologise for the issues you encountered with the electrical supply, as well as the queues at the nearby toilet and shower facilities. Your feedback helps us identify areas where improvements can be made, especially during peak occupancy period's.

Regarding WIFI, mobile signal, and TV reception, our location in the heart of the countryside does mean connectivity can be limited in some areas. We appreciate your helpful tip for future guests regarding the TV booster connection.

Μου άρεσε Excellent site, quiet even tho it’s very large, receptionists v helpful the shop contains the basics if needed, good coffee shop but the best is the showers which were excellent, good hot modern showers and absolutely spotlessly clean, free hairdryer. The onsite fish and chips were delicious one of the best pieces of fish we’ve had in a long time. Couldn’t fault the site we will be back!
