Positiv Able to choose any hard standing pitch.
Was aware on booking that there were no toilet facilities so no issue, but I believe that an addition of toilet facilities would be an improvement.
Was close to road with quite a lot of agricultural activity but really goes to show how hard the farming community works for the country 👍👍

Positiv Nice site. Good value for what it is. Good for walking to different places.

Negativ A lot of traffic noise ,speeding past. Did quieten down late at night but having a pitch right next to the road didn't help. Pitch numbers would help,as when I arrived wasn't sure where to pitch for electric Phoned and was told that someone had arrived on spec but would move if needed as wasn't sure who was coming. Said to pitch on the grass with an extention cable infront of a goal post on a slope. I had booked a hard standing pitch days before hand. Yes there was one right near the entrance which wasnt noticeable on arrival as it was uneven/sloping and tired looking,not like the other 3 hard standing pitches. Couple next to me helped to try and get me level. Sorry but felt I was on full view to every passing motorist. A couple in a small tent near by ,walking over the gravel and across the road to relieve themselves in the night,as obviously had no toilet. Hence toilet roll in hand.

Positiv Very relaxed and peaceful weekend, lovely pitch, not limited on size. No facilities but that was fine by us, we prefer it that way.

Positiv Friendly nice owners who let us use a gravel pitch even though we had booked a grass one. Lovely and quiet. Basic facilities but we knew that.
Easy walk across the fields to a quiet pub.
