On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 25 or over.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the 2397930091.
• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The site will send you further check-in information 14 day(s) before your arrival.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Extras

• Entertainment passes are included in the rate.
• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/01 and 15/04.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Please note that the shower facilities are unisex.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 9 p.m. and 6:30 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• tents, pop up campers are not permitted.
• The games room is open between 01/01 and 31/12.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• This site does not have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.
• You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of US$25.00 (£18.47) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• Bookings must not consist of more than 1 different households.
• Group bookings of 3 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 30 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/01 and 31/12 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
• Reception is closed from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. between 01/12 and 30/04.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. between 01/05 and 30/11.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. between 01/12 and 30/04 and between 01/05 and 30/11.
• Reception is unmanned after 7 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
• Open fires are prohibited.
