Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.
• Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed on site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Please pick any available pitch on arrival.
• There is no reception at this site. Please check in at the Main House instead.
• The site will send you further check-in information 1 day(s) before your arrival.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 3 day(s) of arrival.
• Modifications are subject to a US$100.00 (£75.15) fee.

Coronavirus

• All onsite food and drink establishments are closed due to restrictions imposed by the coronavirus outbreak.
• Reception is closed due to restrictions imposed by the coronavirus outbreak.
• The kitchen facilities are closed due to restrictions imposed by the coronavirus outbreak.
• The laundry facilities are currently closed due to restrictions imposed by the coronavirus outbreak.
• The shower facilities are closed. Guests will need to use their own facilities.

Dogs

• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Bookings for any must not be for more than 29 consecutive nights.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Please note that the shower facilities are unisex.

• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the site is able to relet your unit/pitch.
• The fishing lakes are stocked with Bass, Blue gill.
• This site does not have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.

Occupancy

• Bookings must not consist of more than 4 different households.

Pitches

• Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.
• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Swimming in the lake is allowed.

Taxes

• Local city/eco tax is included in the rate.
