Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The site will send you further check-in information 1 day(s) before your arrival.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 15 day(s) of arrival.
• Modifications are subject to a €200.00 (£174.61) fee.

Dogs

• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs are required to wear a muzzle.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
• The site only allows dogs up to 30kg.
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 12 a.m. and 8 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• This site tiene have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.
• You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €200.00 (£174.61) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €50.00 (£43.65) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.
• Swimming in the lake is allowed.

Taxes

• This area is not subject to city tax.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
• Units longer than 6 metres are not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors are not permitted on site.
• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
