Liked Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren 14 Tage da, 5 Tage hätten gereicht.
Alicante ist sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Das Meer eignet sich wunderbar zum schwimmen.

Disliked Plätze klein, alles sehr eng, ich fühlte mich beengt. Andere bleiben bis März, ist also subjektiv.
Schwimmbad eher ein Becken für Nichtschwimmer, zur Hälfte zu niedrig um zu schwimmen. Wer Bahnen schwimmen will sollte ins Meer gehen. Temperatur 19 Grad, ist ok, es wurde schließlich kein beheiztes Bad angeboten.

Liked Location was excellent, 10mins to Beach and Tramline wth direct access to both Alicante and Benidorm

Disliked Would have liked a few more bars and restuarants within the vicinity.
There was a large contingency of French people that did not appear to want to associate with British - Just seemed that way but wouldnt stop me returning

Liked Un très bon accueil, emplacement sur gravier à l'ombre, le camping est sécurisé, Piscine agréable, maître nageur très sympa. J'ai passé un très bon moment et mon fils c'est amusé comme un fou, c'est le plus important.

Liked Nice campsite good toilets and showers mostly permanent residents living on site
Only 10 mins walk to seafront but not many bars restaurants on the front but can eat and drinks if your willing to take a stroll would stay again if on the area beach is fabulous

Route directions

Follow the N-332 to Avenida Cataluña Sala Pérez, continue on Avenida Cat Sala Pérez. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Avenida Elda and turn left onto Calle Gran Canaria. Turn left again onto Calle Dr. Severo Ochoa and you will find the campsite on the left. The tram line service Alicante-El Campello every 20/30 minutes. Carrabiners tram stop is located 500m away from the campsite. Bus line 21 (Alicante-El Campello) also stops 300m from the site at Avenida Jaime IC / Platja de l'Horta. Alicante airport is just 18 kilometres away.

Local attractions

Camping El Jardín is in a topping location to reach many of the highlights of Alicante: the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants of Muchavista and San Juan are about ten minutes' walk away, and Terra Mitica theme park is a short drive away. The city port of Alicante is within 15 minutes' drive and is yet another on the Pitchup.com 'must spend a few weeks here' list: highlights include one of Spain's biggest medieval fortresses in the Castle of Santa Bárbara on Mount Benacantil, the marine reserve of Tabarca Island, the Old Town and a trip to San Fernando Castle. At Benidorm, about half an hour away, have at it at Poniente and Levante beaches, the many bars and clubs, and boat trips to birdwatch at Peacock Island.
