On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 10 a.m..
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 10 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Occupancy

• Group bookings of 5 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 15 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
• Pitches: a €20.00 (£17.24) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

Reception

• Reception is closed from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. between 01/07 and 15/09.
• Reception is unmanned after 8 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Taxes

• This area is not subject to city tax.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
• No vehicle movement between 12 a.m. and 5:30 a.m..
• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
