Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
• Guests under the age of 4 are not allowed on site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The site will send you further check-in information 2 day(s) before your arrival.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs are not allowed during high season between 01/07 and 31/08.
• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
• The site only allows dogs up to 15kg.

Extras

• karavan: access to the swimming pool is not included in the rate and is charged €6.00 (£5.05) per adult and €6.00 (£5.05) per child per den.

General

• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m..
• The bar is open between 01/07 and 31/08.
• The fishing lakes are stocked with vsetky sladkovodne ryby.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 01/01 and 31/12.
• This site ma have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €0.00 (£0.00) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 6 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Pool

• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/07 and 31/08 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is open from 12 a.m. to 12 a.m. between 01/07 and 31/08 and between 01/09 and 01/06.
• Reception is unmanned after 9 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.
• There is no reception on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Swimming in the lake is allowed.

Taxes

• Local city/eco tax is included in the rate.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• Units heavier than 5000 are not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
