With a trio of outdoor pools – including a couple geared up for the kids with waterslides and splash zones dotted about – Tuscany’s Vallicella Glamping Resort is a fab family-friendly site. This spot in Scarlino village, half an hour’s drive from Grosseto city, also has sun loungers and parasols for sprawling out poolside or sitting and admiring the pretty green views. Once the tiddlers have dried off after full days by the water, have them let off more steam at the covered play area made up of playhouses, slides and swings. There’s wifi in here too, so adults can have a browse for inspiration on the top things to do on the Maremma coast while the sprogs play. And when it’s time to make a pitstop for eats? There’s no need to leave the village – an on-site restaurant serves up grilled meat and fish dishes, as well as local food and pizzas cooked in the wood oven. Dine inside or out with a gorgeous valley view from the terrace (note: scenic sunsets go well with the grub). There’s also a food shop on site for grab-and-go drinks and snacks – get your hands on some local wine here to take back to your pad for evenings in. Dogs are permitted at this park, so you really can bring the whole family along for the trip.

Liked piscina stupenda, resort molto pulito, giardini curatissimi, nuova direzione. Il Direttore in più della sua simpatia ha mostrato una buona capacità di risolvere i problemi ed è attento alla soddisfazione degli ospiti. Non facile trovare un buon direttore cosi e sono sicura che la struttura è in buone mani. E una struttura che è risuscita a trasformare i suoi punti di debolezza in punti di forza e che ogni anno aggiunge qualcosa in più.

Disliked l'animazione da migliorare come già scritto negli anni precedenti.

Liked La struttura è immersa in una bellissima piccola valle con ulivi e pioppi tra bellissimi fiori amorevolmente curati e con la vista del paese antico di Scarlino che svetta in cima alla collina.
Il camping è ben servito, bellissime piscine e molte aree in cui trovare fresco e riparo anche negli orari più caldi, se non si vuole andare al mare. Lo scivolo d'acqua è divertentissimo ed io e i bambini ci siamo andati moltissime volte.
Il personale è cordiale e al bar si possono mangiare molti piatti veloci di cucina internazionale, molto buoni.
Lo spazio piazzola era sufficientemente ampio, i servizi erano vicini da raggiungere, sempre puliti e con un adeguato numero di docce etc...

Disliked La piazzola della tenda era contigua ad un piccolo scarico dell'acqua che proveniva dai bungalow soprastanti e che ci ha disturbato in quanto gocciolava di continuo.

Liked Propreté, panorama, entretien des jardins, piscine incroyable. La position du camping offre l'avantage d'avoir des vues superbes mais cela demande de bonnes jambes. Proximité de Follonica et d'autres endroits intéressants à visiter. Emplacements correctes.

Disliked Point faible, l'animation qui malgré les efforts déployés pour avoir une animation plus internationale reste vraiment négative et empire d'année en année. Basée sur des étudiants d'une école hollandaise - avec aucune personne professionelle pour les guider et toujours le meme programme, c'est une animation qui peut aller pour des enfants en très bas age mais pas pour des plus grands. La piscine ferme à 19h et la baby dance d'une demi-heure commence à 20h - tenez-compte qu'il faut marcher 10 à 15 min pour se déplacer d'un encroit à l'autre - ce ne sont plus des vacances mais un marathon (service taxi disponible mais très peu et ils doivent également faire la reception). Dommage, il faudrait seulement investir dans un peu de professionalité en ce qui concerne l'animation pour avoir une structure excellente.

Liked la piscine spettaculaire, la vue panoramique, la propreté des sanitaires.

Disliked l'animation (pas professionnelle et trop concentrée sur les tous petits) qui manque un leader avec expérience - ce problème existe depuis plusieurs années meme si la structure a investi pour avoir une animation en langue italienne. Il n'y a rien pour les adolescents à part la piscine.
