Camping and touring

Arrive:	3 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
• Guests under the age of 16 are not allowed on site.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorisation from their parents or legal guardian.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €20.00 (£17.30) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The site will contact you for your card details so that the deposit is pre-authorised on the card used to make your booking.
• Hired accommodation: €0.00 (£0.00) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €0.00 (£0.00) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 20 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
• Minimum spacing of 1 metres between pitches.
• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 01/11 and 30/04.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from to between 01/05 and 31/10.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from to between 01/11 - 30/04 and 01/11 - 30/04.
• Reception is unmanned after 7:30 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Only one parent/child pair at a time may use each structure in the play area.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Taxes

• Local city/eco tax is included in the rate.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
• The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.
