Camping and touring

On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed on site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Please pick any available pitch on arrival.

Dogs

• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

General

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• This is a quiet site: no music is allowed.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €100.00 (£83.19) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €30.00 (£24.96) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 5 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• Some facilities require the wearing of swim caps.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/04 and 30/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is closed from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from to between 01/01 and 31/12.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
• The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.

Visitors

• Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
