Liked Wow..............This place exceeded expectations....wish we had booked for longer! The lake view pitches are stunning. Yes it was expensive but wholly worth it. Yes it was alittle tight to get our 7.5m van in but it was worth it and a confident driver will ace it no problems!

Disliked Wasnt there long enough to dislike anything!

Liked Everything.. the proximity to the beautiful lake, the lovely outdoor restaurant, the cleanliness, every one was friendly and the pitches are a great size. We had lots of space both sides of our van. Would recommend and would book again

Disliked Only that dogs aren’t supposed to swim between 9 and 7… given that there is ducks in the lake it’s not unhygienic to let the dogs have fun and cool down

Liked The place was nice And the view was wonderful

Disliked The camping was overload And pitches was not organized. I mean during our holiday we have move with the van while the neighbour left the pitch.

Local attractions

Lake Garda is a marvellous sight, and where better to take in its splendid vistas than from the shores of a private island? Isola del Garda, open between March and October, can be reached only by boat (regular services leave 20 minutes' drive away from base). The crossing is scenic in itself, but once ashore there's an elegant neo-gothic villa to explore. If Isola del Garda's early 20th-century architecture inspires you, continue on to Vittoriale d’Italia (half an hour) and its Art Deco house and gardens. For a kid-pleasing jaunt, Gardaland (35 minutes) has a smashing theme park and aquarium. If you fancy keeping things classy (and why not – this site is called 'boutique' for a reason), there's a golf course 10 minutes away and Avanzi winery (10 minutes' drive) organises regular tastings and tours to see the wine barrels that are stored in old underground tunnels. Outside the immediate local area, swing by Sirmione, a town perched on a lakeside peninsula (don't miss the castle ramparts that extend out into the water). Beyond the lakes, Verona is 50 minutes away by road, and pleasant little Cremona is an hour. Venice is a little further afield at an hour and 45 minutes.
