Our pitch, soft compost like,overgrown with large weeds

Pitch? more like compost heap, mole utopia

Can’t really portray how soft the ground was, only to describe as flattened compost heap

The hook up point, hastenly propped with a stick on arrival

Liked: I proprietari sono di una gentilezza proverbiale. Io ho fatto mille richieste per i pochi soldi che spendevo (rispetto alla maggior parte dei clienti che restano mesi nelle loro strutture) e loro sono stati sempre estremamente disponibili.

Liked: Nothing absolutely dismal, the marketing photos are extremely misleading

Disliked: Where to start, definitely a experience, the pitch literally looked like the owner had moved the dumped mattresses and abandoned car especially for our arrival, soft (like a compost heap) mole hill covered, with no grass,overgrown with tall weeds, so soft my disabled wife couldn’t leave the van, we tried boiling the camping kettle, but even with Everything off it kept tripping the electric, told the owner, who changed the breaker from a 2 amp to a 3 amp, so just about ample, the wife who’s quite picky, described the site on arrival, as derelict, I’m not so picky, but definitely the worst site I’ve been

From the manager: Il cliente è stato accompagnato ad una piazzola di 80 mq ricoperta di erba, vicino la fontanella e la presa di elettricità. Gli ho personalmente chiesto se andava bene ed ha risposto di si. Ha avuto un problema con l'elettricità, risolto in 10 minuti. Non mi sono accorto della piccola collina di terra fatta da una talpa, problema evidentemente gravissimo per lui. Non ha chiesto di poter fare la doccia calda che noi forniamo gratis. La nostra serietà è solida , siamo aperti da 55 anni e siamo sempre disponibili. Se non gradiva la piazzola poteva dirlo, ne ho 11 a disposizione. Credo fosse più importante lamentarsi dopo, che risolvere i problemi prima. Sicuramente reputo la recensione pessima. Viva la libertà di espressione.

Local attractions

This is an area with all kinds of leisure options, from 10-pin bowling at Bowling Lavinio (10 minutes' drive) to riding schools (from 15 minutes) and archery (15 minutes). After all those physical activities, treat yourself to a slightly less strenuous stroll around the foliage on show at Giardini della Landriana gardens (15 minutes), or take a trip to the seaside and admire the boats bobbing up and down in Anzio's harbour (15 minutes). Speaking of the seaside, make sure to spend some time in local resort towns like Nettuno (20 minutes), where long stretches of sandy beaches meet a well-preserved medieval quarter dotted with small squares to make a fantastic family day out. History fans should check out the Renaissance fort and American war graves dating from World War II too. Further afield, head to the gorgeous lakes to the north like Lago Albano and Lago di Nemi (both 40 minutes), where you can enjoy walks, watersports or strolls around the sumptuous surroundings of waterside pleasure palaces such as the Palazzo Barberini. Finally, Rome's Villa Borghese, Colosseum, Roman Forum and a host of other attractions can be reached by road within about an hour – an opportunity not to be missed.

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Dogs

A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Extras

A charge of €0.40 (£0.34) applies for the use of the shower.
Entertainment passes are included in the rate.

General

Entertainment and activities are available between 28/06 and 03/09.
Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m..
Quiet hours must be respected between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
The bar is open between 01/05 and 17/09.

Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
Some facilities require the wearing of swim caps.
The outdoor swimming pool is open between 03/06 and 10/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. between 04/06 and 09/09.
Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. between 01/05 - 03/06 and 10/09 - 28/09.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Firearms are not permitted.
No electric barbecues allowed.
