Planning to park your motorhome or caravan somewhere close to the Campania coastline? You could hardly get much closer than Campo dei Rocchi – it’s a mere 50 metres from here to Giglio di Mare beach, with both private and public areas.
And that’s not all that’s convenient about this site – it’s also a short walk to the restaurants and bars along the beachfront and the promenade that connects you to the centre of Santa Maria di Castellabate, a couple of kilometres away and home to a good collection of shops, bars, restaurants and other amenities. The historic town of Castellabate is about 15 minutes’ drive away and accessible by bus if you don’t fancy the drive.
Back on site, you’ll be staying on level and spacious pitches shaded by white poplar trees and designed with the needs of touring vehicles in mind. All the pitches here have an electricity connection as well as a fresh water hookup and grey and black water drainage. You’ll be allowed to set up your awning for a bit of extra shade and bring a barbecue along for some alfresco cooking if you like.
Shared facilities on site include a launderette, a washing-up area, free outdoor (cold) showers and bathroom blocks with toilets, accessible facilities and coin-operated (hot) showers for men and women. Wifi and 24-hour CCTV are also provided, and you can hire bikes on site or book private shuttles for your days out.
