A small, family-run tourer site five minutes’ walk from a sandy Adriatic beach in the quiet Abruzzo village of Cologna Spiaggia, it is also half an hour’s drive from the peaks and alpine pastures of Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park. The grass pitches at Area Sosta Camper Gulliver are neatly landscaped and backed by trees – giving shade in summer and extra privacy all year around. Smart on-site facilities include shower blocks and a laundry service, plus a communal picnic area with barbecues for guest use. If barbecuing isn’t on your agenda, drift down to the beach, where there are a couple of bars and lidos, or head for the seafood restaurants in the neighbouring village of Giulianova (10 minutes’ drive). Want to be active? Keep younger kids entertained at the site’s play area, take dips in shallow waves on the beach, or rent bikes from reception for family adventures along the scenic coastal cycle path or inland into the hilly landscapes of Abruzzo.

Liked Preiswerter Campingplatz fast direkt am kostenlosen Sandstrand. Die Stadt Giulianova ist in ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg toll zu erreichen. Ein hervorragender Platz für Strandurlaub, Sport (Freiwasserschwimmen, Radfahren und Laufen) und italienisches Flair in einer Stadt. Preiswerte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Lidl) in der Nähe (ca. 1,5 km).

Disliked Sehr kleine Stellplätze mit entsprechender Lärmbelastung, vor allem wenn die Nachbarn rücksichtslos sind.
